Cons:I booked a car for 3 days at a good rate. On the second day I phoned Budget to extend for one day at the same rate. I was told "no problem". It turned out that extra day cost me as much as the other 3 days, but this was not mentioned on the phone. When I queried it they said it was because "no cars were available"! Why not tell me the true rate when I phoned, then I would not have extended?
Pros:Everything in the car was very clean and really nice car for driving. In advance though it would be good to let you know if it is automatic or not.
Cons:The only problem was that I could not pay with Maestro and could not pay cash as well.
