Pros (+) The room was clean, the views were spectacular, and the shower head was the best ever. The kind of place where you want to take their shower products home with you afterwards!
Cons (-) We stayed in a double queen room. The beds were more like full sized just FYI If you’re trying to squeeze two adults in each bed

Cons (-) There was no hot water, staff were not helpful. I never experienced this at anywhere before. there was no hot water for shower and had to check out with no shower!

Pros (+) Convenient location for where I had to be. Unfortunately, didn't do much other than sleep in the room.
Cons (-) Usually, when there's a switch at the door, it works a floor lamp but there was no door. Had to call downstairs to figure out how to work the shower in the tub/shower. One of the bedside lamps flickered every time the table was tapped. Finally, it almost seemed like this room is used to stock other rooms when things break.
