The front desk people
The location and staff were the best and that is all.
Pros (+) The hotel staff was so helpful and super friendly!
Pros (+) Loved the local and the access to the Dart
Cons (-) Had to call the desk a few times for items that should have been in room.
Pros (+) The second I walked in I felt welcomed. Donavan at the front desk was so friendly, and got me a larger room on the 7th floor "just because." The location is fantastic; very close to great late night activities and the arts district.
