No frills hotel in convinient location
Crammed room. Very basic facilities. Bar/club on the ground floor is loud till very late. Low value for money (expensive)
Staff was accommodating. Breakfast good. Room was a good deal.
There is no parking. paid more to park than to eat all week.
The comfort of the hotel and the kindness and helpfulness of its staff
Everything was ok
location, comfort, price
the hotel staaff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. It was very quiet the night we stayed there (a Thursday) and we were not disturbed by any other guests or traffic noise at all. The breakfast was great, but unfortunately too big for us to clear the plates! Good, too, that there was a lift for us older visitors to get luggage up to our room without having to drag them up the stairs.
excellent value for money bar food very good maybe portions were a liittle too big.
we were in a room to the front think back room would be quieter but not complaining i enjoyed it
the breakfast, beds were big clean and comfortable
security really poor, we were allocated a room which was already occupied, staff thought this was quite funny, rooms were smoky and there were cigarette butts piled up on windowledges, fittings in bathroms were hanging off walls, room did not look anything like picture on website, after we complained staff became less helpful
Very centrally located
Comfortable, clean and close to the town centre
Little bit of noise from the club below and the customers sitting outside drinking. A net curtain would have been helpful - people sitting on the top deck of double decker buses could see straight into the room! We had to keep the curtains closed most of the time.
My spacious room
