Quality of the room for the price Rudeness and disinterested receptionist on checking out. Gave me another guests bill and accused me of giving wrong name. Loved Edinburgh but won't stay here again

Disappointed with the club wing rooms. Pictures online led me to believe that the rooms were in better condition. Also, the room was much smaller than expected.

“Excellent location near Haymarket Station. The staff are very welcoming and work hard given the current difficult circumstances. The hotel is clearly being run on a "skeleton" staff trying to multi-task, this means at times that the reception desk and bar area is unmanned at times.”
