Very slow shuttle service overall. Not a great hotel. Booked same day, arrived to airport gate around 935pm. I Called for hotel shuttle around 948pm, they said about 20mins eta. I called back 25 minutes later and they still weren’t there. Took over 30 Minutes for shuttle to arrive and then we got to hotel in 10 minutes. Cons (-) Wall by AC was damaged badly by moisture. Mold was growing up the wall around the unit. Carpet was soaked under the unit. Room felt dirty and mildew smell permeated.
