The halls and elevator were a mess...looks like they haven't repaired or had a good cleaning in a while. At breakfast, milk had run out, no coffee creamers, bread and donuts had run out and the lady in charge was on her phone in the kitchen cubby...I guess this is how Texas hotels must be...we found this in 3 other hotels we stayed in during our visit in other areas of Texas...and this is suppose to be a 3 star hotel.
Poor reflection of Wyndham/Ramada
Parking was in a muddy field next to the hotel. Lobby, elevators and hallways were dirty and unkept.
Proximity to airport
- Called for shuttle at 7pm, said one would come to get me at airport and no one ever showed up. Called back multiple times but no one answered the desk. Ended up having to get an uber. - There was dirt on my mirror. - Very loud. Not just planes but people, building, etc. - at all hours of the night.
My wife and I were bitten by bed bugs. Her rashes are really bad. This hotel was not very clean and that is clear by the rashes. Do not stay here. The floors are uneven, the water does not wash off the soap and overall I would not recommend this to anyone. All of the doors from the outside were propped open and anyone can enter the building at any time. Poor hygiene at this location. If I could give it less than a star I would.

Nothing really. We had to leave before breakfast. It would be nice if they put out bagels or something for early travelors
The staff was very nice. And the rooms were nice apart from the furniture needing some TLC

The bar opened directly into the lobby with no door......some over-indulgers making a bit too much noise and maybe not appropriate for children during check in right by the entrace to the bar.

For the same price, I've stayed in mich better-looking places. The room was fine, but the hallway had a smoke smell and looked stained and disorganized. Overall it was good for staying the night.
Front desk staff, in particular Hazel, were outstanding. I was extremely impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy. I would stay here again just based on the above mentioned staff alone. Thank you!
Couldn't swim, because the pool was dirty. At check in we were givin 2 different very small rooms. The first one the window didn't have a lock on it and did I mention small. The second one was just as small on the first floor. The third on was on the second floor and was better but needed a little cleaning.
We went to breakfast to have waffles and the batter was so runny that the waffles would not cook properly. The ladies that worked in the kitchen didn't wear gloves while handling the food. One of the ladies sneezed and used the same hand to put the uneaten food back in the packages to be used the next day. We didn't have enough towles and none of the housekeeping staff could understand what we needed when we ask for towles garbage bags or soap. The fact that when we checked in the paperwork said that any items of value that were left in the room and not put in the safe the hotel was not responsible for if they came up missing didn't make me feel any better. I felt as if I had to take everything with me of value with me everytime I left.
The hotel is near to the airport, good location, clean rooms, esxellent to make a stop and continue your travel
The air aconditioneted equipment make a lot of noise.
The desk phone was not working and I had to wait about 90 minutes for a pick up van at the airport. I informed the clerk about this problem.

We had a short stay and chose this hotel because of its proximity and convenience to the airport. The ease of access to the airport and rental car returns was a positive.
The hotel is rather rundown and lacks quality control. We had a room with two beds; one had a comforter and bed spread, the other lacked the comforter. We also found the TV unplugged which I thought rather odd.
