There were ants in my room. The Airport shuttle was unavailable. Most of their amenities were shut down due to COVID. So it felt empty and cold in the hotel. It’s also located on a one way side “side street,†so not easy to get to
Staff is very nice, room was super clean
There isn’t much of a selection of food and snacks available, but the drinks were decently priced.
The staff were friendly and accommodating; the bed was very comfortable
The MANDATORY $29/day (+ tax) parking, which was not mentioned on the site; we expected a breakfast buffet and got cheap packaged continental-style; the consistent heavy smell of marijuana on our floor in a non-smoking hotel
wifi terrible, Low staff, impossible to get towels or guest services
Nothing rude staff
Horrible experience would not recommend to my enemies .
It was quiet.
$30 a night forced self parking. Valet staff was extremely rude. Over night staff was extremely rude.
It was quiet
the only parking was Valet parking. $29 dollars a day. You had to call to get someone to come. No one was ever at the valet desk just a phone number
The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean place.
Nothing they were terrible a poorly managed operation charged my room for stuff i did not get valet etc etc
Won’t stay there ever !!’
They should put on the website about the valet only parking
