Houston hotels in Northwest Houston

Cons: Had reservation, check in was told no rooms... 45 minutes later I was sitting my bags in the room.

Cons: Weird stain/sticky spot on our carpet in our room but that could be from anything.

Cons: Asked for a king bed, got two full beds. .-. I was a solo traveler and had no need for the other one. But oh well life goes on.

Cons: The staff was not customer service oriented. Did not accommodate our reservations would never go back due to lack of customer service

Cons: 1.very bad view from my window 2.a lot of noise in the morning 3.and they charged me something that I did not consume

Cons: There was a women convention and my neighbors were very loud and disconsidered, also front desk made a mistake and woke me up at 8am

Cons: They don't offer basic services offered and 2 or 3 star hotels like complementary breakfast. Also they "offer" drinks and snacks in the room but at very pricy extra cost. $3 or $4 for a can or soda or snack bar.

Cons: No valet the night we arrived, pearking area was dark and entrances were a good distance from the parking lots. I would not have felt comfortable with my wife walking to the car at night. The room left much to be desired as well, only a double room availability right next to noisy I-10 FWY. The room was clean but had a mildew odor and the AC was extremely loud which may have been intentional to drown out the hwy noise. Saturday evening only one very small elevator was functioning so waits for a spot on the elevator exceeded 5 minutes. Not a hotel I'd recommend.

Cons: The night staff swiped my card on the wrong room. Then britney said she was doing me a favor giving me a 2nd set of keys and needed to swipe debt again...

Cons: Housekeeping coming at 9:00am

Cons: Dirty UNCLEANED room, stain on sheet requested new sheets and had to call twice for replacements. Bathroom wasnt cleaned, opened toiletries by previous guest not changed out. Would have requested new room but we didnt get back til 2 am and we were exhausted. Outdated rooms also. Would not stay nor recommend this hotel!!!

Cons: The clerk has to remind me multiple times about a $50 hold on my card in case I ordered room service or used the key they gave me to open the fridge to grab drinks! To this day which is four days later, the hold is still there

Cons: Hotel was such a retreat, It instantly made me regret not booking more nights! I had a great experience for my first time at the Omni.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was at 7:50 am the maid let herself in and woke me. She left immediately, but still that was somewhat strange.

Cons: The rooms were very subpar to average for the amount of money that you spend to stay here. In my opinion it was just a very expensive middle of the road hotel.

Cons: For the price they tend to give you the least updated room. So you get the omni name but not the quality experience you expect

Cons: Cockroaches, entire floor was wet our entire stay, cigarette burns into comforter, rock hard beds, no refreshed towels, room inexplicably locked on us and key wouldn't work

Cons: Too much drugs and prostitutes be over there. When I enter the room a bad odor hit my nose and my husband turned on the lights the carpet was so dirty and a big burnt spot on the kitchen for looked like dog poo. This was the first room. The second room the floor little better.but had a bad odor also. I tried getting my money back. They going to tell you you cannot get your money back. But give you a number that is no longer in service. I will never go there again. It had one front desk clerk she is so polite and go out her way to help you. That was my best moment of my stay there.

Cons: I don't like that the carpet is noticeably dirty the room has roaches but how ever I went out and go myself some things to take care of that problem. Overall the stay was okay

Cons: Again don’t be fooled by the pictures this place is not safe this hotel holds a lot of illegal activities and if you book you will put yourself in harms way.. I did get my money back.
