Pros: Liked the Grand Deluxe room at the corner. Huge room with a fantastic bathroom overlooking the roundabout. The Buffet breakfast and Lunch spreads were amazing with so many multi-cuisine varieties. Arrangements for Eid-ul Adha prayers at the grand ballroom was much appreciated.

Pros: Hotel was much more beautiful than in pictures. Recently remodeled. Huge room with great views. Most extensive breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Staff could not have been more helpful. Front desk clerk walked us through the parking lot out to the street to give us directions.
Cons: Difficulty getting to shopping malls which were right across the street. Would build a walkway overpass or underground walkway to make it easier for guests to access malls. Had to pay for Wifi.

Pros: did not stay due to flight been cancelled
Cons: I was not able to make the hotel because of the flight cancellation. Tried to call and email for cancellation, refund or partial refund in advance. Staff was polite but not even tried to be helpful... they just tell me I booked the hotel online with promotion price and cannot be refund...so disappointed and it does not make sense. There are many other hotels in Jakarta. Will not choose this one anymore. Just share my experience for your information.

Pros: This hotel provides great guest service, amazing restaurants, cleanliness, friendly staff. It has everything that most people are looking for ie 'memorable experience' A luxurious hotel at what I found to be at a reasonable price.
Cons: The hotel and its facilities are huge and well spread out. Example to get to gym its a walk and hidden away without proper markings. There isn't general store that I found that provides day to day things like phone top ups, toiletries or children's confectioneries.
