We loved the locality of the hotel as it was right in the middle of everything. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were spotless. We also loved having the free Wifi and the breakfast was great value and very tasty.
We didn't like the noise from the lift shaft as our room was right beside the lift. This was the only downside. There was a bit of outside noise aswell but the lift shaft was more annoying.

Perfect lokation for sightseeing and shopping.
Quite noisy inside the rooms, you could nearly hear everything from the corridor or next room.

The hotel is excellent. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is superb with lots of variety and location is very convenient. It is just 2 minutes walking from Sol and 1 min from metro station Molina. Free wi-fi was an excellent addition to the services offered.

We only stayed for two days. Breakfast was very good (also good value for money), the room was clean and very comfortable. In case you choose a public means of transportation to go to the airport the best option is the yellow bus which goes directly there - 30 min walking to Atocha station.
Poor English spoken by the staff, no professional attitude; You could hear the sound of the elevator going up and down, but that was not so disturbing because we didn't spend much time in the room during the day.
