There was nothing to like. Television was out in my room (and I was informed the entire hotel) for 2 of the 3 days I stayed at this hotel. Looks like a nice location, but it is not. It is too close to Beale St. and being on Main St. or wherever, I heard someone revving an engine every 10 minutes until 3 am. Street racing outside my window?! Terrible! The room itself was not special, containing a king bed and chair. Pros (+) The staff were very nice.
Cons (-) Water pressure was nearly non existent and very little hot water. Also, a .20 bottle of complimentary water would go a long way to being more hospitable (maybe I could have washed my hair with one!). The restaurant/bar is a TGI Friday’s (check out their Yelp reviews). I went in and the entire place smelled like human feces, seriously it was disgusting, I had to leave after 15 seconds.

Pros (+) ONly a few blocks walk from the hub of downtown music scene. Hotel is clean and the receiption was very quick and helpful. TGF is attached to the hotel but service was aweful. Pros (+) The price was reasonable, overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a Friday's restaurant inside which makes for a nice option. The pool is small but clean and adequate. The front desk people were very helpful.
Cons (-) The bathtub drain was clogged and slow to drain so one ended standing in quite a bit of sudsy water when showering. I did let them know at checkout; hopefully they fixed it for the next guests.
