We loved the location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, the Peabody complex is right across Union. Beautiful views from our room. Several of the staff were outstanding at their jobs. The hotel overall did seem to be in transition and some things weren’t well taken care of including the shampoo and conditioner had previously been opened and used. Overall our stay was okay.

Pros (+) I left my, very expensive wireless earbuds charging in the room. I didn't realize this until I had already checked in for my flight. I called the front desk where Treneese too my call. They found them and shipped them to me. I can tell you that many times I've left things in my room, this is the first time the item hasn't magically disappeared. Thanks for having integrity.
