Pros (+) The breakfast was excellent as was the room. The hotel itself is quite stunning.
Cons (-) The staff was as unfriendly and the server, Abraham, was very rude. We came at the end and his annoyance was clear. The front desk incorrectly checked me in and didn’t save my card properly. Pros (+) We were so happy with our stay at The Westin in Minneapolis! We also got an upgraded room, which we weren’t expecting. The lobby area is extremely comforta...

Pros (+) Comfortable bed and clean room
Cons (-) The TV and most of the lights didn't work. I called the front desk twice and both times they said they were sending a tech to fix it. No one showed up. I then walked down to the front desk and asked, they said there were sending someone up. No one every showed up. Had to watch football game at the bar.
