My room was a little humid, as well as some issues with the water in the room. There was also some damage to an electric toothbrush of mine, likely by cleaning staff.
Pros (+) The hotel design and amenities are superior to many. Location is great.

Pros (+) The petite suite was exceptionally comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The staff was comprised of some of the most pleasant, helpful, people ever seen on this planet.
Cons (-) The room had an espresso maker, but did not have a regular coffee maker. For those of us who find espresso unpalatable, a regular coffee maker would be far preferable.

Pros (+) As soon as we walked in, the staff was amazing. Hotel was clean, luxurious, and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Montreal. Very nice feel to the brick wall and decor.

Cons (-) My room - 412 - was a corner room and the heat was not working properly. Maintenance came up and did not do anything useful. I had housekeeping bring up a space heater to keep the room warm.
