Everything was excellent. We are grateful they refunded us an extra night that my husband booked by mistake with credit card points. The Nicoise salad at restaurant was the best I've ever had.

Pros (+) Location was perfect for all things in Old Town Montreal; hotel itself was upscale without being pretentious, staff is AMAZING and the room was cozy and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and bathroom was like being at a resort.
