Room was quiet and clean.
We were surprised by a $30 “resort fee” that we had to pay upon check -in.
Great location, great staff, great value
Exceptional hotel, with Professional staff, helpful with ever turn. Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic
Overall, a good stay
Clean and comfortable upscale hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff.
The restaurant pricing, especially for breakfast, is out of control.
Great location and service!
We went to NYC just before Christmas and could not have been happier with this hotel. Although our room was small, we did not spend much time in the room and therefore it did not bother us! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location was amazing! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the city!
