Amazing room, location and staff.
Bell hop was not around when I needed to get my luggage from storage
The bed was super comfortable
The front desk could have been friendlier
If you want to be in the middle of it all at Time Square stay here.
Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.
Front desk staffs
3 minute walk to time square
Loved the location, quietness, cleanliness and courteous staff
Paying for wifi
Felt nickel and dimed
Great room, great view
Pay for wi-fi in the room; shower had no separation in bathroom (lip or tub around bottom - shower water got everywhere. Could not find free coffee in room or a free bottled water. For $400, I would have expected more amenities. Elevator keys did not work for several people, including me, to get to your floor. We rode up and down the elevator several times in less than 24 hours. Many others had the same problem. Big waste of time.
Can't say anything bad about this booking.
Great Broadway weekender spot
Great location, if you can tolerate Times Square. Stayed in a king corner room on the 16th floor. Wife and I loved the bed, the view, and the bathroom. Subway doesn't get any closer, entrance is immediately outside lobby door. Gym was spacious, if you need that. Didn't try the bar/restaurant, just too many other choices in Manhattan. For that matter, nice bathroom and comfy bed is all we needed, as we weren't looking to waste time sitting in the hotel.
Again, location is great as long as you want to be very close to Times Square and all that comes with it. Noise of the city is audible on the 16th floor, but wasn't a problem for either of us sleeping through it. Wifi has a fee, but you can avoid it if you sign up for IHC membership.
Clean room, comfortable bed, nice walk in shower (no tub). Subway entrance right outside.
WiFi wasn't free unless you sign up to rewards club.
Good hotel Do not park using there parking assoc!
Nice hotel friendly people
The parking people they are affiliated with are ripoff scam artists! DO NOT PARK THERE
for the buffet breakfast they write down 18% tip???
