The hotel was not open at all
Nothing it has been closed since March.
The property is closed, out of service, yellow tape in the front. Awful experience. .
convenient location and friendly staff
the place is a wreck. the hotel is only a few years old but, it was very cheaply built and is seriously falling apart and not well maintained. it was the cheapest hotel available for those dates and was a good case of "you get what you pay for."
The hotel is able to guarantee an accessible room which was imperative for us. The staff was super nice and helpful.
Location was great. Housekeeping did a great job with what they had to work with.
Room was very cramped. The concrete floor needed rugs or carpet on it. The rug design they had was very worn and dirty looking. No refrigerator or microwave. The doors had big space under them so you could hear everything everywhere. 1.5 star at best
No fridge, rooms were not clean, beds/pillows not comfortable
The staff was welcoming and friendly.
I did not expect to walk into a room with military barrack style bunk beds, mattress and blanket. The floor of the room was disgusting and I did not want to take my shoes off. The toilet had urine in it and I questioned if the towels were actually clean.
location and friendly staff
rooms were small
Almost everything! It was shocking - cheap decor, tiny room, lobby cramped. Bathroom smelled awful. No amenities. TV picture fuzzy. Homeless sleeping right outside the lobby door. Front desk did not have a king room and tried to put us in bunk beds!
Location. Luggage storage even after I checked out.
I was alone yet they gave me a 2 bunk hotel room.
If this is a 3* hotel, I am the queen of Sheba. Room for one has 2 sets of bunks, mirrors above each mmattress???? No floor space. Nearly no table space no coffee maker. No cups. No I structio s for tv, ac...bizarre
Mostly every thing.
Location and cold AC. Hotel was great, staff was excellent. It was a fun hotel for the kids bc of the bunkbeds. If you are easy going and laid back you can appreciate it too.
No refrig. Small rooms.
