Pros (+) Raul the front desk clerk was very helpful with upgrading my room at the time of check in. The room was cleaned everyday and re-stocked with towels.
Cons (-) All the construction surrounding the hotel made it difficult to found.

Pros (+) The Hotel it's extremely close to the park, we walked everyday, their service with the bus is not that good! we tried to sign up to come back to the hotel at night and the lady forgot us, we were the first in line and she just helped other people and told us to take uber... but the rest it's a great place to stay for a good price near by universal
