Paris hotels in 13th arrondissement

Cons: We didn't make it due to COVID-19 and this was the only hotel that did not give us a refund.

Cons: Tried to cancel booking due to the adverse weather closing down the whole of Ireland. Although I know that later cancellations would be hard to cancel for maybe the first night or two even informing before we were to travel but I thought they might have helped with the other 3 nights but they refused

Cons: For the price we paid, the lodging is outrageous. There were ants crawling all over our floor, bed, and laptop by the 2nd day there. The staff don't clean the rooms or change the towels at all during the day. The location is nothing fancy and not in a nice part of town, although it was close to the subway. The internet was very crappy. In general, it was a 1 start experience worth 35 euros, not the 3 star worth 90 euros that was marketed. Very disappointed, as we had read good review prior to booking.

Cons: A lot of bums near metro asking for $$$
