Cons: There wasn't an ironing board in our room. We called to have one sent up, and it didn't come. We called again, and they brought one without a cover. Claiming they didn't have a cover available, they gave us towels to put over the ironing board. Skanky. The maid didn't change the sheets the whole time we were there. They didn't empty the trash; just made the bed and gave us new towels and conditioner. The phones weren't working when I tried to check out, and upon checking out at the front desk I was told, "You straight" by the clerk. Not a "Thank you for staying with us" or "Have a nice day", just "You straight".

Pros: I was double charged for my room. Called the hotel three times, they said call kayak. Called kayak they said call the hotel. Neither one fixed my issue. So my 100 dollar room went to 200. I will NEVER use kayak again or stay at this hotel. I was double charged at another hotel just last month and they took care of the issue within two days. This place refuses. I like the hotel and have stayed 5 times before to meet up with family while I am here training at NAS Pensacola. It was a good place. However, knowing they cannot resolve this means I will never go back. Please management, don't write a response either, just give me my money back.

Pros: The beds were great and the breakfast bar was ok but the carpet and hotel as an overall needs updating real bad I think they stopped shampooing the carpet and vacuuming the hallways the wallpaper is coming down in some places of the hotel. For the ones saying nicely redone carpets you must work there
Cons: One staff member that was rude and unprofessional that worked at night, all I can say is if the door is left open to get coffee where the breakfast bar is or even get a bowl of dried cereal "don't" she will call you out in front of other guests hollering which is totally unprofessional not to be in the breakfast bar area. The manager I talked to the next day assured me she would never do that again but as for me ever going back I would not. There staff member just lost them buisness along with 3 other couples I know when I told them about my experience there

Called the front desk and was told maintenance had gone home I asked them to just bring me a plunger I was told it was locked in the maintenance office. The girl at the desk said she would move us then asked if I was a Hyatt Gold member (I am not) then was informed they couldn’t move us but would comp the bill from the restaurant and sorry for the inconvenience. It would have been much more than an inconvenience had the water actually ran over from the toilet

Pros: Super quiet, right off I-10, ajcent to a small mall with 8+ restraunts. Sheets were clean. Got the 79$ rate just a few hrs before arriving, so pretty cheap for two full beds. A/c was spot on for temp which was important to us. I chose this place bc it was close to our long day driving distance limit and because all the hotels nearby (150$) range were full. Great clean waffel house next door.

Cons: It took 45 minutes. She took my Visa Card and drivers license and then gave me the wrong paperwork to sign. Argued with me that I was Eric O. (someone) even though I am female and told her my name, Daniela Wasem which to me doesn’t sound anything like Erik O. - look at the license lady. Then charged me (Eric’s) room rate of $199 even though I had already paid for my room online. Then argued with me about my Visa card ending numbers even though I showed her multiple times my Visa card. By the time I got done there were about 10 people waiting behind me to get checked in. When I got to the room. The toilet constantly ran, there was no way to stop it. I just had to close to bathroom door to quiet it down a little. Also there are two lights above the bed, I was going to read a book, one of the lights did not even have a light bulb in it. Was a very bad experience. So now I am still waiting for my $199 refund. If it wasn’t for the check out gentleman I would have completely hated the entire experience.

After breakfast our room keys would not work, took them back to front desk and were rekeyed. Once again they didn't work, back to front desk and, by the way, our room was the furthest away from front desk. We were trying to get on the road home and had to wait for the lady at front desk to come to our rescue. It even took her several times before we got in our room. Hopefully lock is fixed/changed.

Cons: Booked 7 nights for vacation. 5 nights and 4 rooms later ... The first room was very damp and smelled like mildew. It had a broken down dehumidifier in the corner of the closet. On day 2 I moved to a nicer room, but the TV didn't work. The maintenance guy got it working (the maids apparently pull the wires and the electrical splitter ends up half unplugged). A 2nd visit from maintenance got the cable TV working (it too had wires that had been pulled out). Both rooms had bathroom doors that were physically larger than the door holes, so they could not. E closed. Don't expect any privacy when using the bathroom! After 3 nights in room #2 the hotel asked me to move again to avoid expected noise (the cable company was rewiring a portion of the hotel since the cable didn't work.) They forgot to save me a room, so when I came back at the end of the day they didn't have any more king beds available. The first room they gave me had a non-working desk lamp. They gave me the next room over, but its bedside lamp didn't work. (My whole vacation was beach and a safe comfortable place to read - so a working lamp didn't seem to much to ask for.) When I went back to the lobby I saw the Operations Manager, Matt, who oversaw several hotels for one owner. He tried switching light bulbs on the desk lamp in the first room but that didn't work. Then we tried replacing bulbs in the 2nd room. That worked. The tv didn't work - but I knew how to fix it based on the earlier room. After he left I realized that there was a puddle in the bathroom coming from a leak in the ceiling. I went back to the lobby to ask to be moved again the next day. On morning 5, Matt moved me to the America's Best Inn next door, which he manages and which had just been renovated. That room was nice until I found the bedbugs.... I didn't expect the Baymont Inn to be the Four Seasons, but I did expect a safe and comfortable place to stay. Shame on the owners and on Wyndham for such poor management.

Pros: It was conveniently located to a lot of places, not too far from the beach. It was not in a bad area of Pensacola. The bed was actually really comfortable. Staff was nice.
Cons: The hotel is definitely older. Most of the furniture in the room was banged up, some of it was a little wobbly even. The pictures of the room with the nice wood looking floor was definitely not the case for our room. Ours had old carpet. I don't know if the rooms are in progress of being remodeled and that was one that had been done, but it felt a bit like the wool was being pulled over our eyes. Some sketchy looking people hanging out in the hall like areas between rooms. Arrived to the breakfast at 8 am, there was hardly anything left. There were two of us staying in the room and there were 2 towels upon our arrival.

Had to book an additionall day and they said they will move us to another room due to the leak issue and I won't have to pay for the night, but they charged my card anyway. On day 3 of our 5 day stay I asked if they ever change our sheets, and requested for it to be done next morning, was never done. Sheets and towels had stains, Breakfast was a complete carb fest no fruit or proteine options coffee was like colored brown hot water. Staff seemed nice enough, but never followed through on what they say they'd do.

Pros: The only thing I liked was that the shower was great. I like hot showers and the temp was good.
Cons: Practically everything. It was dirty. They don’t vacuum behind furniture. Sheets were stained or dirty. There was a used wash cloth on the shower curtain. I let staff know and nothing was done about it. Anytime a siren went off it was loud as hell. There were sketchy people that hung around the hotel. Pros: The only good thing was the water was hot and the air conditioner worked.
Cons: Property was in poor condition. Part of our door frame was missing, paint splattered on everything in the bathroom. Shower curtain rod was coming out of wall, the shower head was old and brown. The furniture was mismatched and placed in awkward positions. We kept running into things, but had no where to move them to make it better. Paint splattered on the floor could be removed with a washrag, which means the floor hadn't been mopped since they painted. Free breakfast was a joke. They had no staff to clean up as people ate or replenish the food. The dining room was tiny and very dirt, food was everywhere. We will not be back.

Cons: Let me first start by saying, I don't need much from a hotel, basically a clean place to sleep and shower is all I need. I don't care about all the extras, wifi/tv/pool/breakfast, etc. So this was the worst Days Inn I've stayed at by far! First room they assigned us had the door wide open and bed not made, but they wanted us to keep it. I threw a fit and they moved us. For the 4 days straight we stayed there, our key wouldn't work, and we had to walk back to the desk everyday and have our keys redone. Apparently people live at this hotel, every afternoon we arrived back at the hotel, people would be sitting outside on the balcony watching us. It made us very uncomfortable because the sign posted at the front of the parking lot, that says the hotel is not responsible for vehicle brake ins. So we had to make sure we brought everything in every night bc the people watching us knew what we left in the car. The amount of screaming and partying going on, on the balcony was excessive. At times couldn't even hear the tv. The cleaning staff WILL go thru your luggage, and steal your stuff, as this happened to us, so make sure you take all your valuables with you. As if that wasn't bad, the worst part, they charged us twice!! I payed in advance with Kayak, and then the hotel charged us again, which showed up on the credit card account days later. The area is nice and convenient but DO NOT stay at this hotel!!

Pros: The room came with everything that it said it would: a king bed, a fridge, and decent wifi. It was pretty cheap which was helpful and my group was able to get the privacy we needed. The staff was helpful in giving us the towels and materials we needed too. It's in a good area surrounded by food and the highway. They do have waffles though!

Could have rented another, more pleasant regular non accessible room & gotten much more for the money. The only thing that "qualified" this room were a few grab bars in a tub. I did request a wheel in shower. How is a bathtub, a huge obstacle to many of us, qualify as an accessible room. The parking was another obstacle not worth the great effort it took to get myself & my luggage to the room. Where was the access there? Maybe a county building inspector could tell them how a handicapped room becomes accessible. In the 2 most important aspects of it, they failed miserably. Important to note is room was dingy, dated & felt like a cheesy hourly motel, in spite of being a Days Inn.

I checked in super late and did not ask to be moved because I was too tired to protest so I told management the next morning. They apologized. If you don't mind the smell this average motel is right for you.
