Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to public transport, downtown, and event venues. Some guests appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, but experiences with service varied, with several complaints about slow or unhelpful front desk interactions. Cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty carpets, stained bedding, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained rooms. While some found the beds comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant, the overall impression was mixed due to significant cleanliness and maintenance issues.AI-Generated from customer reviews
