Cons (-) Noise, impractical design elements, check-in process (literally in the middle of an active nightclub).

Cons (-) The rooms don’t have windows that open. So the room smelled stale/moldy.
Cons (-) The price was pretty good for Portland, and it’s by in a convenient location. This is one of the loudest places I’ve ever stayed, the noise assaults you from all angles. I would only recommend staying here if you intend to party, otherwise don’t expect a good night’s sleep anytime before 3am.

Cons (-) There's only $29.00 valet parking or street parking that has enforcements that start at 8 am. I was able to run down and move my car to the front and pay like $2.00 to park until 10:00 am. I sent my kids into the room before me , and I returned to two pre teen boys asking if they could try on the condoms that are provided as a courtesy in front of my 7yr old. Pros (+) The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the Doug Fir was delicious for breakfast.
