Pros:We chose this hotel due to it's location. It was a very quick walk to the Oregon Convention Center. Additionally, it was very close to a lot of restaurants and they offered free parking. The hotel was in a quiet area which was nice and they let us check in early.
Cons:The hotel was not the greatest. It was definitely dated and needs some work.
Pros:The place was clean, beds were comfy, the staff was nice and the location was good - stayed for Kumoricon, was about a five minute walk from the convention center, and the sauna was nice~
Cons:Free breakfast was scarce, poor water pressure for the shower, old building - no elevator (friends and I had lots of luggage), the key cards don't work at times - sometimes it took one try to get into the room other times it took up to 10 tries.
Pros:-Location -Price is cheaper than surrounding hotels -Convenient access to I-5
Cons:-Very dated -Good price for the location, but this is not a $200/night hotel -TV, iron, furniture, etc should all be replaced and updated -Not the cleanest place I've stayed at

Cons:Bathroom setup was tight and awkward.

Cons:Locks on the door. Toddler kept getting out. Needs a chain lock on the top. Found a dirty sock on the floor from the last guest. Coffee stains on the comforter also not ours. Beds were very uncomfortable. I felt like the beds were made and not changed.
Pros:Out of Downtown, but very close. Near Light-Rail and Max lines. Several breweries nearby and soooo close to the Pearl District.
Cons:Older facility, needs some upgrades. Entrance is hard to navigate with crutches, walker or wheelchair.
Pros:Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Good location - convenient to everything we wanted to see. Free parking. Really nice staff.
Cons:I wish check-in was earlier. Most places have some flexibility there. But, it's a smaller place and if they can't, they can't.
