Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major attractions, public transport, and cultural venues. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting clean rooms, though a few mentioned inconsistent housekeeping. The comfort of the beds and a sense of safety were also highlighted positively. Some guests noted small room sizes, lack of air conditioning, and occasional maintenance issues, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.AI-Generated from customer reviews
