Cons (-) Room wasn't fully clean. When I arrived dirty tissues were around and a wet washcloth. Hotel was full and there were no other rooms. Hotel was loud with lots of drinking from bar on second floor. I had to call hotel a couple of times and no on answers the phone. Very frustrating.

Cons (-) Super small room, but that's not what really bothered me. I was an Expedia Gold Plus Member and I didn't get offered the VIP Service that was expected from them when I checked in, at 4:30am the sound of beer bottles being thrown into trash cans woke me up, that went on for more than half an hour, the noise was so disturbing, right next to out window.
