Pros (+) Location was great! Public transportation excellent and minutes to get too. clean room ( old place but doesn't smell like it)
Cons (-) Street is Noisy all but a few Hours in the early AM 2-5!

Pros (+) Fely more like i was staying in dormitories rather than a hotel. I wish i had that knowledge beforehand.
Cons (-) Quaint felt like i waa stepping back in time accomodations wise. Location is great walking distance to dolores park and groceries and nightlife.
