Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Shared Bath facilities are kept very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are simple but include in-room sink. I have stayed here before and will do so again.
Cons (-) Carpeting in room felt a bit worn. Not much heat in my room

Cons (-) To start the homeless sleep outside the so called "hotel". Pretty sure I witness a drug deal while walking to the hotel. Also the hotel didn't seem like one. It was more like a big house and the renters might leave there with smaller children. No parking included!!

Pros (+) Many interesting restaurants in the area.
Cons (-) The room was 'clean' but smelled very bad of old, musty and food. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe in the neighborhood at night.
