Pros (+) Hosts were very helpful and courteous. Our luggage was stored on site before our room was ready which allowed us to explore Old San Juan the morning we arrived. We received a phone call when our room was ready and came back to find that our hosts had moved all of our luggage to our room for us. This is not a traditional hotel but felt more like a guest house. We had our own space, and the room was...
Cons (-) Common area is right outside the doors to most suites. Our door was not sound-deadening by any means. We were awakened really early by some other guests who seemed to be leaving for the airport for a morning flight. Also, seems to have some plumbing issues. Pros (+) My wife and I wanted something genuinely Puerto Rican and this did it. Only 1 day but very enjoyable in the center of Old San Juan with easy access to anything. Staff was super friendly. Even held our bags after check out so we could keep exploring before boarding a cruise.
