Pros: Clean and New Basic Room was good for staying at the hotel for sleeping. We toured the city and beach area and were out most of the day. The rooms were nicely decorated and new. Garage is nice to use to go directly into the floor of my room, and was very easy to unload my suitcase. I did not see a luggage carrier to use. I liked having breakfast included. If you just need a good basic room with breakfast that is a decent price -this is a good choice.
Cons: The location is Okay, but was farther out from the city then I would of liked. But for the money you sacrifice location.The Breakfast was larger then normal with more options and was above normal for hotels but not amazing. I did not like having to pay for parking, but just add the $12 fee to the total price to compare with other hotels. Parking is an issue downtown but not sure why had to add the cost of parking further out in a more suburban area. WiFi was okay for emails but had to pay extra for streaming WiFi. Pool was very small and only holds 19 people and very small space. I missed having a courtyard outside just to sit outside and relax.

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for us, reasonably close to historic downtown Savannah. Our room was a decent size, kept clean daily during our stay by a pleasant staff and the room was conveniently accessible to the parking garage for quick and easy loading/unloading travel items.
Cons: The fact that as a guest you have to pay to park.

Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. Express check-out was very easy and convenient. The room was pretty and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was free.

Pros: The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from historic Savannah and about 25 minutes from Tybee Island. The location was wonderful; it's close enough to plenty of stores and restaurants. The room was very clean. They had breakfast and coffee available in the morning.
Cons: The water pressure was great but paired with the shower head it made for a painful shower.

Cons: We informed the front desk that we would be early checking in. We called ahead by 4 hours to give them time to make sure our room was clean. It did not benefit to do this. No effort was made to accommodate the request.

Pros: I liked everything. I wish I could have stayed lounger. The flat screen was the perfect size for the room and the bed was sooooo comfortable. Fell asleep fast and went into a deep sleep quickly. I woke up feeling so rested. I woke up at freaking 7ish in the a.m. Who does that on vacay. We did because we sleep so well!!

Cons: I have always stayed here in the past because the amount they charged was reasonable for what you got, around 130 -150 a night. However the past time I tried to book it was closer to 250 a night and not during summertime or holiday weekend. This is not a 250$ a night hotel.

Pros: Booked up a queen suite and got upgraded to 2 bedroom. It is so comfy. Clean room & beds. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is better than Holiday Inns. Satisfied.

Pros: We drove from out of town to attend a wedding and our rental car broke down right in front of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us. We round up having the car towed back to my sisters house in Jacksonville due to the bootleg rental car company we used did not answer any of our calls. The front desk staff made many suggestions and were beyond helpful. Hotel is super clean and easy route to get to the Historic District. Will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Hotel, room and grounds were neat and clean. Staff were friendly and courteous and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Good value for the price charged.
Cons: The only complaint I have is the coffee tasted like instant coffee.

Pros: It was very nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker . Nice pillows and air conditioner worked well. Good parking. The breakfast area was also nice.
Cons: We had blinds but no curtains with a window to a lighted walkway. We would have liked more than two towels and warmer blankets. There were several hairs that weren't ours. The carpet was very sticky and black seemed to be coming off the pattern on it. I think the humidity in Savannah might contribute to that. Staff seemed kind of distracted and tired but nice.

Pros: The staff is wonderful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is above and beyond. A wonderful variety for all ages and diets. The scrambled eggs and sausage are always a nice surprise. Last, parking is never a problem; plenty of room for everyone.
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like. Everything at this new Baymont is wonderful.

Cons: Rooms need a bit of maintaining. Bathroom walls had been patched over 10 times in the shower alone. Mold was a small issue but house keeping was trying to clean it but it was there so long it wasnt going nowhere.

Pros: This was my first time staying in Savannah somewhere that wasn't off the interstate, and it was nice to drive through Savannah to get to the hotel. It made it feel closer to downtown even tho it's about a 20 minute drive. It's a good value hotel that gives you everything you need if you're a budget traveler.
Cons: It would be nice if they somehow let you know that the first two floors have outside doors and the third floor has inside corridors. Luckily, I was put on the third floor, as I vastly prefer inside corridors, but some people might like to know. The only other thing is that the coffee is permanently in the lobby, which is nice, but I couldn't find it at breakfast in the morning. Might be nice if they put up a little note telling you it's available in the next room.

Pros: The room price
Cons: My room was not great. Worst was the mold growing on the wall by the shower. The mattress was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs pushing out the side of the mattress as you laid on it. The furniture in the room was eclectic or disjointed. It didn't go well together. Seems like the owners mean well trying to provide affordable pricing but I would not recommend this place.
