Pros: The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place highly for business or pleasure.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved the hospitality & very clean, comfortable rooms, as well as the daily breakfast & wine/cheese reception. And great location.
Cons: No gym or swimming pool.
Excellent10.0
Cons: No real complaints. Maybe COVID restrictions but not their fault. This hotel was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. GREAT staff. Very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
Good6.0
Pros: Is a nice classic hotel with history with large amount of stories, has a lot of caratehtere , nice staff, bar, restaurante and concierge, best location in town ,
Cons: So noisy that at 7 you are up impossible to sleep beyond that time, terrible breakfast, no minibar and the bathroom very nice but if you have not worked at the circle du soleili impossible to have a shower or climb in to the bath.
Excellent8.5
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and personable. The decor was beautiful and we loved our room (although I will try for room 421 next visit).
Cons: The housekeeper assigned to our room did not do a great job. When we arrived our floors were not well swept and she left an empty drink cup on the night stand.

Pros: Staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful plus they had cheese and and wine and a late night snack in the freezer(ice cream) each night.
Cons: Some rooms had old carpet that smelled but they were very accommodating when we asked to switch. We then got hard wood floors and it was great.

Cons: No parking or breakfast fee

Pros: Great location in the historic district. Free breakfast, clean room, nice staff. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Savannah.
Excellent9.1
Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The kids liked the roof top pool.
Cons: There was no place to purchase drinks or snacks. The vending machines only took cash.
Excellent8.5
Pros: - Kind and courteous staff - Clean room with requested accommodations - Free Breakfast! - Centrally located in Savannah's historic district
Cons: - Rate was consistent with that of other nearby hotels but still overpriced in my opinion
Excellent9.1
Pros: The reservation and in-person chech-in procedures were very easy. The location was perfect. The valet took our car and we walked everywhere we went for the day. The room was very comfortable with a great view.
Cons: The location was great but I felt it was a little pricey but I guess on par with others close by.

Pros: Excellent location for the price. Love the preserved history. Tubby's was an excellent on-site restaurant. The staff was very helpful. Maybe extend the bar services and times. We'll be back to stay again!
Cons: The public restrooms were in need of attention but not bad considering the river street location
Excellent8.8
Okay5.7
Pros: Nothing
Cons: So after booking a week before. They did not have the correct room only 1 king bed for 4 adults. They then called another hotel which only had a king bed as well. So we ended up staying at the Hyatt. The hotel manager also had a bit of an attitude as well. I will never make a reservation at this place again.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved the location, the feel, the cleanliness, the staff, and the cost of this hotel. When we asked for more towels, coffee, etc, they delivered quickly. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is beautiful, and has that antique, but not dirty, feel. I would love to stay again.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Only gripe is with parking during check in.
Excellent8.0
Pros: I love the historic nature of the hotel. My room was very nice and I felt like I was staying in a room of a historic mansion. The bed turn down service with sweets left on your bed is a nice touch. Also enjoyed the wine and cheese reception in the lounge every evening.
Cons: No free parking. You have to park in public parking which costs $15 a day. Walls of rooms are very thin so you can hear every bump and bang in the rooms next to you. Was not impressed with the shower...the water pressure was not good.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This is my 6th time staying at the River Street Inn...every time I stay there, I love it even more. This was a last minute, one night trip and I got a great deal; I was even upgraded to a river view room! Normally I prefer modern hotels, however, I love the charm, character and history of the River Street Inn. The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is always friendly! You can't beat the location of RSI, just park your car and walk everywhere. I love the chocolate candy they put on your pillows every night and the wine and cheese social in the evenings is an added bonus! (my stay this weekend was on a Sunday, so I didn't get that perk...wish it was EVERY evening)I have stayed at several other hotels in Savannah in the past, and now there is nowhere else I'll stay except for the River Street Inn. Thank you for another GREAT experience this past Sunday y'all!
Good7.7
Pros: Location
Excellent10.0
Pros: This was our second stay at The River Street Inn, and for a good reason. This place is as good as it gets. Amazing location, great views, awesome staff and really neat rooms. This place is tops.
Cons: We didn’t dislike a single thing.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Great location, friendly and accomodating staff. Upgraded to riverview. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants on River Street as well as other attractions in the historic district. Would definitely stay there again.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The doorman, Chris was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent.
Cons: We were on a tight schedule and we're not able to get into our room until 4:45, 45 minutes after check in time. That ended up causing us to cancel dinner reservations. Cleaning staff was extremely loud and we were unable to take an afternoon nap because of this. We were able to hear every footstep and movement from adjacent rooms and floors which became extremely annoying.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Thus hotel was close to everything. The historic atmosphere and tastefully finished rooms and period style decor was easy on the eyes. It feels like you are part of this lovely southern city. Convenient and xcellent restaurants, friendly service, reasonable rates, gorgeous. It's and comfortable clean rooms. What more could you want? Oh, and a lovely gratis private cocktail hour with wine, cheese, quail and more made dinner unnecessary!
Good6.0
Pros: Location was right on River Street. The rooms were clean enough. I liked the atmosphere, it felt very historic.
Cons: Our room was right next to the ice maker, and the noise kept us up. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Loved the location and the history of the hotel.
Cons: Robes were suppose to be standard in every room, but we did not have them.. I requested robes to be sent to our room, but they were never delivered. Also there is suppose to be a turn down service that is standard, but we didn't receive that either .
Excellent9.7
Pros: The room was great- historic and clean. The location was spot on being riverfront and convenient to everything in downtown Savannah. The valet Sam and Jim were awesome! They were so helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Very friendly!!!!
Cons: Only thing I can say even slightly negative is the parking is a bit wonky due to the historic location. Valet is available and deff the easiest! Deck or street parking is available close by. I am familiar with savannah so I know this is a common issue there. Just have to know what you want to do.
Good7.7
Pros: Beautiful charm in prime location. Staff is friendly as well. Overall great stay.
Cons: Slightly too dirty for my liking (blood on the toilet seat, floor didn't appear clean, shower curtain dirty on inside as well). Also...they will stick to their 4pm check in time. We arrived around noon and was told the it was going to be several hours until the room was clean despite confirming through Kayak that my arrival would be between noon and one pm. They did accommodate my request for top floor, but could have cleaned a room and called as soon as it was ready.

Pros: The hotel staff was great. I was quite surprised with the level of service. It struck me as being on the level of a much more expensive hotel.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful and stylish. The bed was so big and soft, I had to literally roll out of it. The staff was incredibly courteous. The continental breakfast included in my package was unlike anything I had ever seen. So many wonderful food options, and all of it was delicious! I look forward to my next stay there.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Extremely Accommodating under extended circumstances. Very friendly staff.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The staff was world-class. I made a mistake on our reservation, booking our room one day later than intended. The Andaz staff was very understanding and accommodating. They changed our reservation on-the-spot....even providing an early check in. My family and I had a great stay...we will be back!!
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Breakfast with healthy options
Cons: Rude staff person when we called before arrival
Good6.2
Pros: Front desk helpful and courteous
Cons: Six of us came into the bar at 9:15, & were told initially we couldn’t order dinner because the kitchen would close at 10! After “checking” with kitchen, we were grudgingly seated. Drinks & apps okay, then had a thirty minute wait for mains, of which a couple were dry to the point of being inedible. Two of us stayed in the bar after, and despite several patrons still being present, staff started putting stools up as if this was some dive bar. Not at all what is expected from a top-rated hotel.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This is the only place we stay at in Savannah now that we do not live in town. Staff is amazing! Great room and service from all of the staff. Room was very clean.
Good7.1
Pros: Great location, right in the middle of the historic district. Clean. Very comfortable bed for me but my wife said it was too high and difficult to climb in.
Cons: There is no place comfortable to sit in the room. There are two high chairs and a small round table. You can sit on the high chair (not comfortable) or on the bed---but not suitable for more than a few minutes.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The staff are great. The location is also great. The complimentary beverages (not the alcohol) were a nice feature. The terrace with pool and fire pit is nice. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The housekeeping was fine but could have been a little bit better. Didn't leave clean towels one of the days we stayed. The fitness center is a little small.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great staff! Eager to help and always friendly.
Cons: Limited room service menu, no service at the pool
Excellent10.0
Pros: The location was great for exploring Savannah, many attractions are within walking distance as well as a trolly pick up location across the street. We were able to check in early which was nice to get settled into early in the day. The amenities in the room were great, having a mini fridge and safe are always a plus. Staff was all very polite and welcoming. The front desk was able to hold our bags at check-out until we left for our flight.
Cons: To be honest there wasn't anything I did not like. If I had to nitpick only one elevator was available due to renovations going on. Of course, single elevator access due to winter renovations are minor in my book because they did not cause much of a disturbance and it was the slow time of year which is when these type of renovations usually occur.
Okay5.4
Pros: The location is great. The staff is generally nice and friendly.
Cons: Never replace our shower ropes during our 5 days stay. The bathroom floor is not clean. The mattress and pillows are way to soft and I sinked into the matress. Every morning the staff will keep banging and closing the doors for supply closest and every room while they clean . It's extremely rude and unprofessional.

Excellent9.1
Pros: Upon arrival staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed valet parking. Was worth the $25. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was a great distance from River St. Though I had some issues, they were miniscule compared to the location, comfort of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Asked for the air to be on and room to be cold upon arrival. Air was not on like I requested. Room was warm. Adjisted the air to my liking then left the room to tour savannah. Did not realize until after walking River St. then comimg back to the room that the a/c was not operating properly. The shower door was broken upon arrival and had to call the front desk to have it fixed. Maintenance showed up quickly to fix the situation. Also requested a quiet room due to the fact we were travelling with a 2 yr old. My room was next to the maintenance/cleaning closet and service elevator. Due to constant flow of people coming and going next to our door it was hard to get my child rest comfortably.

upon arrive, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very basic; the room was humid but we thought nothing of it since most hotels only use the fan when the room is unoccupied- we turned on the air- medium then went to bed. The room never cooled, we turned the air on high and it still never cooled and the humidity remained very high (about like it was outside). The TV was out of color and the shower curtain would not stay closed- or open to one side, the rod was bent and the curtain now hangs over the toilet. I felt these MIGHT be excusable until I asked about checking out early because we were unable to sleep due to the high humidity and warm temp in the room. The front desk apologized and questioned why I didn't have engineering come fix it last night (I assume she must have felt it wasn't that bad if I didn't complain sooner) I was told I would have to pay a early cancellation fee. I then informed her about the vomit in the elevator when she explained it has been there all night. When I asked her to repeat that, she said ""well, it's been there for about two hours, we'll have house keeping clean it up when they arrive in about an hour."" I don't know about you but I can understand equipment failing but for someone to have an attitude like that- it's too gross for me to clean up but my guess can put up with it... that is not a hotel I care to stay at nor my customers or co-workers/management. Think about that next time you plan to book there.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Pretty room, cool shower, comfy bed. I stayed here one night for business and was able to walk to a great restaurant downtown to meet my clients. After driving around downtown a few times I decided that the Hampton Inn and Staybridge Suites looked like a slightly better location.
Cons: I can't really complain with only one night spent here. Actually I will say that the hotel did not mention a mandatory $25/night valet parking charge that I was hit with when I pulled up to the front door. That's annoying. Let me park my own damn car or tell me in advance.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel and the room was beautiful. It looked as though the hotel had been through a recent renovation. Everything looked clean and new. The color scheme was very pretty; purple and gray. The room was nicely decorated, the bed, pillows and linens clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Close to the historic district and shopping.
Cons: Only negative was that it was on a busy street, but the hotel provided ear pugs and white noise machine.
Excellent10.0
Pros: i wish I was smart enough to get the names of the two front desk staff that help me check in the two female staff were awesome - they did a superlative job
Cons: hotel was very clean, room perfect, breakfast very nice, staff super
Excellent9.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Price of room, cost to park
Excellent10.0
Pros: Breakfast buffet nicer than most Hilton properties.
Excellent8.8
Pros: I liked the location, treatment by staff and the breakfast which was awesome.
Cons: The pool area was not well kept.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The location and the overall look and feel of the hotel.
Cons: Valet parking for $32/night. While I understand the hotel was in the city, self parking for a cheaper rate is definitely preferable. Fortunately we only stayed at the hotel one night.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. The guys with the valet parking were great and very helpful about finding locations we wanted to go.
Cons: K now it was the holidays, but several days concierge was not available. Front desk pitched in to help.
Okay5.1
Pros: bed was very comfortable
Cons: room service was poor. food was cold, ice cream melted. bathroom very small and not multi user friendly. they are in the process of a renovation so I will take this into account.

Pros: When I went to check in at the Hampton inn on east Bay Street (the hotel I researched and selected specifically cause of its location) they told me kayak had the hotels messed up and that the hotel I was really booked at was about 11 blocks away and not on the waterfront When we got there and checked in to that hotel my wife and I went to take a shower and the water wouldn't get hot. Then we went to watch some tv and the TV didn't work. The little get away for us to relax for a night was a disaster.
Excellent9.3
Pros: Great location if you don't want to drive anywhere. the farthest we had to go was to dine at Elizabeths on 37th and we took a taxi (around $7)
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location! Loved the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Great free breakfast too!

Pros: The shower was a great setup!!

Pros: This Hyatt is great...centrally located to historic Savannah, and overall stood up to Hyatt quality. awesome stay!
Cons: We were very surprised and disappointed to learn they would not accept our three night stay toward our Hyatt points as a preferred customer because we book through a third-party. RIDICULOUS!!! Apparently the $825 we spent wasn't appreciated. No where on our on-line reservation did it tell us that, in fact, it asked us for our Hyatt Reward number! We stayed there this time to get our points. Had we known this we would have stayed at one of the historic B&Bs. They'll be hearing from us.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Location is amazing!
Cons: We had a fridge in our room that was making weird noises and woke us up constantly. Our stay would have been perfect otherwise
Okay5.0
Pros: The staff was very nice and helpful. Everyone was extremely nice.
Cons: The hotel was under construction. It was so loud and not relaxing. Every room heard the construction. I moved to another room to another floor in hopes of getting away from the noise. It was worse where I ended up. I was woken to construction noise. The bathrooms were old, mold around the tub, water pressure terrible, toilet seemed dirty on the outside. Had I known the hotel was under construction And so out of date, I would not have chose to stay there.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great location in downtown Savanah with plenty to do. I can promise you, you'll not run out of things to do here. Beach is about 20-minutes away and all other locations are with in walking distance.

Pros: Renovation has improved looks
Cons: Booked King room and got double, double charged room to my card, still don't have that money back
Excellent8.0
Pros: Bartender was great. I believe his name was Andrew. Got into Savannah early and was able to valet car. Room was great. View of river.
Cons: Front desk didn't have my reservation upon check in but was handled quickly. Waited over an hour for room service when told it would be a half hour.
Good7.4
Pros: View was spectacular!
Cons: Room was very dusty and windows were full of finger prints and dirty
Excellent9.1
Pros: The hotel is very clean and big. Right on the river so it has an amazing view. The room was a decent size and was comfortable.
Cons: I felt like The first check in staff I encountered was trying to scam me. She said my room wasn't available but that they had a room ready but it was an upgrade with additional costs involved. I declined but went to consult with my wife and she said we should do it. I spoke to another check in member who magically was able to find me a room without having to upgrade. Either she didn't really want to help me or it was a setup. Either way I didn't appreciate that.
Okay4.2
Pros: The staff was nice. water view. Location.
Cons: We didn't get the room we booked. The bathroom still had a wet towel from previous guest. The shower had a moldy smell and the drain was clogged with hair. Did not get any form of compensation or discount for the inconvenience.

Pros: Super clean and open, friendly staff.
Cons: The pool was disappointing and the pictures misleading.

Pros: Great location. Everything is walking distance.
Cons: Meals within the hotel could have been better.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beautiful, clean, up to date facility. The staff was very friendly. Brittany, the bartender was very personable, knowledgeable and professional suggesting local places to eat. The bartender Sunday night wasn’t as friendly with as much personality as a piece of ice. The hotel is in an excellent location offering availability to the river, dining and shopping.
Cons: $37 per day for valet parking! Park across the street for $5 on Saturday and Sunday and $16 on weekdays.

Cons: The bathroom needed updating as well as a good cleaning. Felt like I needed to wear flip flops to even go into the bathroom. The Valet also lost our car keys for an hour and a half to finally find them in another guest's car.

Pros: Mary the concierge was wonderful!!
Excellent9.6
Pros: The room was clean and the location of the room at the end of the hall, provided a quiet and restful night of sleep. The staff was friendly and eager to answer all of our questions.
Cons: That the $25.00 parking PER night was not disclosed until we arrived. So the $105.00 value price for the night with the parking actually more than other hotels. The information about the hotel did indicate that parking was provided but never dreamed I would be charged a fee and then per night. Since I had already prepared for the hotel, my hands were tied. Many friends have inquired about my visit to Savanagh and where we stayed. I informed them about the my experience at the Hilton as being a great hotel but to watch out for the unknown ( parking).
Excellent8.0
Pros: the location was great, close to good restaurants and in the historic district
Excellent9.1
Pros: Great location to everything! The lobby was beautiful. Rooms were typical for a Hilton Garden Inn.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Very nice location on the waterfront. Great Fourth of July celebration. Oh, great breakfast.
Cons: Valet kept leaving my windows down, and I was not informed about the $50 I would be charged at check-in for cleaning-to be refunded in two business weeks.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Rooms were modern, very nice - hotel had upscale feel.
Cons: More friendly front desk.
Okay4.0
Pros: I arrived a little after 12, They would no one at the valet to greet me nor to take my luggage, after checking into my room, roughly about an hour , I dialed room service, the front desk, and none were available when I call, I stepped out to the hallway to get ice and ice machine was broke come that evening I stepped out to pick up a friend , And it took a half hour for me to get my car for the valet was somewhere in the building doing something else, I could've paid less for better service that I received at this hotel, I am completely dissatisfied
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent8.5
Pros: Pleasant atmosphere
Cons: Late in day to check in. When the clock struck 4:00 magically the room was ready. Nothing before. Hard to believe.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Friendly staff Location: right in the middle of shopping district and waterfront
Cons: Valet parking only: $27/ day. Nearby parking comparably high. No free breakfast: coffee/hot drinks were available for free in the morning
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel was located in a great location and immediate entering the hotel it was very cleanly and updated. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub located in the second floor. Would definitely recommend and go back soon.
Cons: The price for valet parking was a tad expensive and the breakfast price was a bit high which deterred us and we went elsewhere.
Excellent8.2
Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in June 2016. My room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff was, for the most part, very kind and helpful.
Cons: The shower in my room was somewhat tricky to use. Though, once we got it working it was fine. The wi-fi didn't work at all. It wasn't something I needed so I didn't bother to speak to a staff member to figure it out.
Good7.7
Pros: The location is great, right on Bay St and within walking distance of major sights.
Cons: I did not see beforehand that parking is $25 per night and that there was no complementary breakfast (I believe the price was $12-15 per person). The fitness center offers only a couple cardio machines and a set of free weights with hardly any room to use them.

Pros: Breakfast included. Employees in lobby were very nice.
Cons: Was not told the hotel was under renovation. Paid WAY too much for this stay. Rooms were small. Only one mirror in the whole room. Not suitable for families. Banging and pounding. Unfinished elevator. Air in room was very inconsistent. We were either very hot or very cold. In the top 5 of most disappointing hotels we've stayed at.
Excellent8.0
Pros: A little crowded at breakfast; The location is out of the way; but I chose it for the price.
Mediocre2.0
Cons: We drove 6 hours to hotel and booked a month in advance, had comfirmation #and all. They cancelled out reservations without telling us and had no rooms left and neither did the area. Ended up with no choice but to sleep in our car. WORST HOtEL EVER!!!!
Excellent8.2
Pros: Comfortable bed with wonderful, friendly staff. We enjoyed the social reception and hot breakfast was a good value with the room:
Cons: We had to stay in a strange interior room with no real window or daylight. The wifi did not work and we racked up a lot of data use on our phone since we could not connect. They allow dogs to stay at what seems like a very nice hotel. It is disruptive to hear dogs barking when you are trying to relax. Also, as someone who is highly allergic it was hard to stay in a place with pets and dander. Had I known ahead of time that they allow pets, I would have likely picked a different hotel.
Good7.7
Pros: The beds were comfortable. Breakfast included. Lots of good restaurants, sight seeing, and nightlife within walking distance.
Cons: Rooms were too small to be considered a suite. There was no pool--Savannah is too hot to not have a pool for relaxing! The AC made the room freezing when it was on but the room was hot as soon as the AC cycled off. Too expensive for what you get, but seems to be on par for the area.
Good6.0
Pros: amazing location, beautiful lobby and building. obviously amazing to find a dog-friendly hotel. easy parking.
Cons: mediocre rooms (interior is not facing a courtyard, but a hallway) with old finishings. There wasn't even hand soap in our bathroom, and this is during a pandemic.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This hotel is located very near everything. The river walk is right across the street. Bring your walking shoes, this city is a walking city, which is what I loved. The concierge is fantastic. Friendly and helpful.
Cons: The kitchenette could use an update.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was very good, the atmosphere warm and helpful, and overall it was quite welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: The "comforter" on the bed was made of some plastic-feeling synthetic
Excellent10.0
Pros: The breakfast was indeed amazing. The employees were amazing.

Pros: It was all modern/contemporary and designed very unique. Lobby was really cool. Complimentary breakfast was AMAZING--- we chose the hotel because it was included (which is hard to come by in that area) and it did not disappoint!
Cons: Parking was $20 per day with the hotel valet. But there was a parking deck right next door that was only $5, so we parked there instead.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Modern decor. Hotel mailed me the shirt I forgot in the closet!
Cons: Shower was under powered.
Excellent8.0
Pros: We love this hotel and decided to stay even though there was construction taking place. Our room was out of the sound of the construction but the lobby! Oh MY! We had no idea. Jackhammers as we walked in. Deafening. And the breakfast was in 2 small, crowded spaces, instead of the lovely lobby where it usually is.
Cons: See the other side.
Excellent9.3
Pros: the front desk staff was awesome, the laundry was an added bonus and the parking was great!
Good6.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was okay for us.
Cons: Hotel was undergoing renovations. Bathroom doors in the room did not close. Had to go through three rooms to find one that was acceptable, but even then the room we were in had issues. Not enougbsestingfor breakfast people were sitting on the floor in the hallways eating.
Mediocre2.5
Pros: Location
Cons: As a Marriott property, Marriott need to close and renovate or remove their name. The property is not up to their standards.

Pros: perfect location to walk to downtown/river street.
Cons: Parking.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel is in a wonderful location to explore both the River Front and the Historic District. The staff were extremely friendly and the free breakfast is great! Coffee and tea are available 24 hours, which was nice for us in February, it got quite cold at night so it was nice to come back from a long walk along the Riverfront and be able to have a decaf tea/coffee before bed to warm up. Also it is pet friendly! Next time, our dogs will definitely be coming with us. Savannah loves their pets, which was very cool to see!
Cons: There isn't much I didn't like. The water pressure was not very good and there was a dent in the dry wall that needed to be fixed. But overall, the rooms were very clean, the beds for comfy, and it was a great location. Great bang for your buck!
Excellent10.0

Pros: Cleanliness, pricing and breakfast included.
Cons: Distance (approx 4 blocks) away from the center of Old Town Savannah.

Pros: Location near the City Market; daily breakfast;
Cons: Housekeeping; noise level on the "quiet" side of the hotel
Excellent8.5
Pros: Staff was friendly rooms are clean location was great
Cons: Breakfast was not good at all poor selections Pool is very small No pay per view
Excellent8.0
Pros: I found the location great. It was well within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Rooms were clean.
Cons: It was very loud as my room faced Bay street. However I asked tge front desk staff if I could be moved and they accommodated my request the next night.
Excellent10.0
First off, staff we met were amazing: Ken & Destiny at the front desk. When we got to our room initially we were facing the highway. After an hour I went down to the front desk and asked to change rooms because it was so loud. They moved us to the back where we were facing the harbor. It was so much quieter and the view was amazing. Lots of activities going on right outside. Penny was just one of the many hardworking housekeepers. We can't say enough about Mary, the concierge. She booked us with two really great tours and gave us so many suggestions about how to make the most of our time in Savannah. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy and grits, plus much more. The pool was refreshing. We didn't have a car but I heard that you had to pay for parking just to be aware. We would recommend the Best Western Savannah historic district to anybody.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Was in walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see & do.
Cons: Parking area $15 per night
Good7.4
Pros: Great location. ,Great location. Maybe a little too close to the River Street bars, expect a loud crowd outside after the bars close. Considering this hotel was considerably cheaper, my expectation
Cons: Maybe a little too close to the River Street bars, expect a loud crowd outside after the bars close.
Okay5.7
Pros: Nice employees, decent breakfast, walking distance to all main attractions/restaurants/bars.
Cons: Construction going on right outside our room was extremely disruptive, bed could have been a little more comfortable, weak water pressure in shower.

Pros: Location was great
Cons: Staff we not very helpful and at times rude. We were told of restaurants that offered gluten free menus and while we ended up at one they had next to nothing gluten free and the waitress was not at all aware and seemed to be put-off by our request.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I read mixed reviews online about others' experiences, but didn't let that hinder us from trying it out for our own. I'm glad we decided to stay with Mariott Fairfield! It was affordable, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and the rooms were beautiful. Extremely close to downtown, everything was within walking distance. Such a great experience!

Pros: perfect location and very clean
Cons: poor breakfast due to covid restrictions, but still could have been better

Pros: The bed was amazingly comfortable! Slept like a rock
Cons: Because it is dog friendly you need to know there will be dogs everywhere and some dog owners are not as responsible as others. Not all dogs get along and the owners should be aware of that and take their dog back to their room.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This hotel is the perfect location! you can walk to fantastic restaurants. The staff is awesome, and the free happy hour from 5pm-6pm is great when you've just had a long trip. highly recommend!
Cons: A little pricy, but that's the area....
Excellent9.7
Pros: Beautiful inside and out and the staff was amazing!!
Cons: Wish the cost was slightly lower
Excellent10.0
Pros: Off course the location is great. staff are very friendly and helpful. The happy hour at the hotel is the best. They provide finger food and wine for free and it provides a great opportunity to exchange some information with other guests. They also have free bikes to rent which is awesome given that the closest place we saw that we could rent bikes was at market place.
Cons: Mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great hotel. Beautiful city. Fabulous desk staff and valets.
Excellent8.8
Pros: bike, location, courtyard and restaurant, happy hour and coffee bar
Cons: One room lacked enough toilet paper, kleenex and the bed had some weird crumbs on it. We loved the location!
Good6.8
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: The room location was by the elevator and adjacent to the balcony of the lobby. Dogs barking at each other. It sounded amplified.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The receptionist was wonderful. We had accidentally booked the wrong date. She was more Han accommodating and even upgraded our room since it was our first family vacation! She took time and printed out restaurant recommendations and a city map.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Even though there was lots of pets at the hotel it was kept very clean. Wine social hour was very nice.
Cons: Pool was not heated.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location Location Location NEW Rather expensive for such small rooms and the bar closes early.
Cons: While modern and beautiful, they completely removed the HISTORY of the hotel that they replaced. The Brice is located in the old MULBERRY property, which was originally built in the old Coca Cola Bottling factory of Savannah. It would have been a nice touch if the Brice had kept some of the old Black and White photos that were in the halls of the old hotel and displayed them, somewhere as a way to tie the new to the history of Savannah. Instead, they completely eradicated the history. The staff is good, but not great. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, and I would rate it four. No coffee pot in the rooms until you ask for it, then its delivered and is great-keurig -why not just put one in each room? That's what I expect in five star hotels and certainly at hotels in this price point range.
Good7.1
Pros: Excellent location. Staff is friendly/helpful. Have a complementary wine time from 5:00-6:00. Pet friendly if that is important to you.
Cons: Rooms are sparsely furnished. Not much drawer space...had to essentially live out of our suitcases. Lavatory in the entrance to the room.
Good7.1
Pros: Great location, hip atmosphere, comfy beds.
Cons: Seems like the staff was a bit immature or possibly new working in customer service. Check in was very "relaxed", bartender not able to help w/ wine selection, hostess made us call our own petty cab & find our own plastic cups for togo drinks. Nothing major, small courtesies like these would be expected in a place like this.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Free happy hour and coffe everyday. Great location and friendly staff.
Excellent10.0
Super nice place. Saved money by just parking around the corner instead of paying for valet.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved the hotel decor, comfort and great staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Great 5-5 free wine and appetizers. Great restaurant in lobby but also great food recommendations from the front desk and valet.
Cons: We checked in and the bathroom sink was broken. However, the staff was quick to fix the problem a d relocated us in 30 seconds.
Okay5.7
Pros: - rooms, wine hour, allowing pets, cleanliness, drinks from bar.
Cons: service and the 'no' or i'm being put out -type mentality for standard requests. I had very high expectations and am a die-hard Kimpton fan, unfortunately, with the exception of the San Francisco hotel this was the only other Kimpton disappointment in the range. I 've tried about 12+ different properties so far.
