Communicated with staff in advance for several requests and non were noted or communicated to staff. The excuse was booking was made through external agent hence message didn’t come through even though I had followed up with hotel internal staff (who confirmed by email) about the request NOT the external agent.
The induction process of this hotel is all around the customer
Awful housekeeping services ruined my stay
I like the bed. I think it was better than Marriott’s in terms of comfort. I also like that it’s right by city hall MRT. The location is great.
From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.
Very friendly staff
The lift was a bit slow
Location was great the bed was comfy and very nice
Good, not great, value
-Excellent gym - relaxing pool area with restaurant - bed was comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean
- Room was large and nice but felt dated - At checkin, the clerk attempted to up-sell the breakfast and Internet package for $100 per night. Internet should be included in the price I paid, especially as I chose this hotel based on that.
Loved the location - perfect to walk everywhere and a shopping complex underneath meant everything was easy. Travelling with a 1 year old this was a great benefit for us. We were even offered a room upgrade for a very small extra fee (about £20 a night before tax) so took it and it was well worth it!
Can't complain about anything - loved our stay there.
Bfast at Prego
The room was a bit damp and floor lamp is switching on/off by itself (annoying during the eve)
Been staying here for years - clean, convenient, comfortable
Always too expensive - hotels in Singapore are too expensive
The hotel is ideally located for both shopping and sightseeing and is easy to reach from Changi airport using the MRT link.
The hotel was over priced and the exeuctive lounge didn't open for breakfast particularly early.
Hotel staff was wery friendly
1. Mini-bar was empty 2. Because of the club on the first floor there were too much people near the entrance, some of them were really drunk.... that was not nice
convenient location, considerate service
the price is a little bit higher.
The attentiveness of the staff and the welcome one receives on arrival.
no toothbrush and toothpaste provide until i ask for them
I think it is the only hotel in the world where you have to pay for use of the gym!! really ridiculous, 25 USD!!!

Several problems with facilities in our room - running toilet, bar frig did not work (both fixed before departure) in room safe broken and not fixed before departure. Club room not ready when we arrived, this was OK as we arrived early but we were only given access to standard hospitality room and not club lounge facilities.
