On arrival found out that Payless does not have an office in airport. Representative was suppose to be outside Arrivals Hall, but was not there. Called office for assistance and was promised that he would be there in a few minutes,but never arrived. After additional calls to office asking status, I gave up and rented from Avis whose service was spectacular.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Once you land, you'll have to call the rental company to send someone to pick you up, nobody waits for you even if providing the flight number details. The provided phone number is however not the right one, you'll be given a different phone number you'll need to call, relevant for your destination.Cons:
Renting through NU Car offered by Kayak is practically a scam. The price you pay is just part of total cost: the car is offered "with no insurance" and the rental company will effectively refuse to rent you a car for the payed price. If you agree to buy the minimum insurance, they have you sign various "damages prices" papers, not part of the rental contract. You'll end up paying between two to three times more the price Kayak advertises.Pricecarz
