Cons: We saw 3 Radisson Blu's in Stockholm, at least 2 of which are on the waterfront. One is just around the corner from this one. So make sure you go to the right one.

Cons: The mattress to soft for me to sleep. Standard room is poorly equipped

Cons: Room didn't have the best view, but we didn't care that much.

Cons: - no window - loud and couldn't sleep because doors were banging all night - bed as hard as a rock - it takes 1 HOUR for AirCon to start - If you want a tooth brush, you have to go buy one downstairs in their "store" - Absolutely no service or help with bags - They don't even give you water - No minibar - Tiny room. The coat hanger takes up half of the living area. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid!

Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.

Cons: Beds are not the most comfortable

Cons: Only one negative for the hotel is the location from the train station. i walked and it about 10 -15 minute walk; this is the only negative. Neighborhood is nice but not very touristy

Cons: the Swedish meat balls i ate in the lobby bar area did not taste good.

Cons: Not a lot for small children, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Cons: i took the small and cosy Room which is indeed really small! it wasn't a Problem cause i travelled alone but it?s definietly to tiny for two people!

Cons: Room was not comfortable for two people. There is a lack of storage. We enjoyed the hotel but we would not want to stay at this hotel for several days.

Cons: I had a hard time checking in with one of the staff members because my credit card was not working even though I explained to her that I was not going to be buying anything on the bill. Finally she understood.

Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.

Cons: Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. A business traveler who is out of the room during the day would be less upset than we would be. We weren't too upset because our child didn't wake up but if he did we may very well be as we are jet lagged and the child needed to sleep. But notice would have allowed some possibility of planning. You may get an older room from the 80s. Carpets were dirty and worn in our room. The room decor color scheme did not age well.

Cons: No windows that open up to the outside air The windows open to the inside of the airport

Cons: Loud outside so if sensitive to that noise from train and cars either get inside view of courtyard or keep windows closed

Cons: No indoor pool Or jacuzzi, but no one can have everything!

Cons: The bed was absolutely horrendous. So very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. All beds are the same, as I moved rooms after a night that I got literally zero sleep. Might just be me, but I cannot stay here again because of the bed.

Cons: The majority of my issues were with the cleaning staff at the hotel. Several times we had to ask for them to bring us soap as they did not replenish the toiletry items we had used each day. Also, we had to call them to clean our toilet bowl after they had done the room already because it was clearly not cleaned as part of their regular cleaning. Pretty gross. Robes were not replaced when the worn ones were taken to be cleaned. Extra towels were brought to the room upon request but then cleaning staff did not replace used towels with same number of towels, so we had to keep calling for more. Really bizarre. In terms of the free wi-fi in the lobby, it was extremely slow when many people were down in the lobby using it. Lastly, I know there was a heat wave happening when we were there but the room would just not get cool enough, very hard to sleep dripping in sweat. Also - a bar that closes at 12:30 or 1? really odd. The concierge. Ok, first day he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Then we told him we were headed for the Icebar one night and he did not mention at all that we needed a reservation. Very poor.

Cons: The room is very small (miniature) you can not move. The bathroom seat had no space to set and to top it all the shower sink was placed at the highest level of the ground converting taking a shower like swimming in a pool. There were construction in every floor in the hotel with dust every were.

Cons: Luggage storage seemed haphazard and slow; needed more staff to sort out the long queue of people either dropping off or picking up bags.

Cons: The room is simple, which is not a negative since they make that clear during the booking process. My room was small with no windows but it had all that I needed and was very clean.

Cons: WiFi was very dodgy. No silly games trying to limit connectivity, but the internet connection was sometimes very fast then, a few minutes later, very slow. The rooms are all underground! So no views. I didn't mind this, and found it very interesting, but other may hate it. Room design is very much appearance over function. Worst is the light above the bed which runs very hot, burns your hand when you try to turn it off, and is impossible to find in the dark when you want to switch it on.
