Cons: The rooms are very small compared to US standards. The Hotel has no air conditioning so if it gets hot like it did when we went the rooms are very uncomfortable during the day.

Pros: They were doing construction on the lower floors, so they upgraded us for free to a junior suite because my dad is older and likes to rest during the day and couldn't with all the noise. Receptive employees. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice.
Cons: Breakfast was supposed to be included, although every morning, the person who lets you into breakfast would tell us we had to pay extra. I would say every morning that no we already cleared this up, breakfast was included and they would look again and say "oh yes, you're right". then we we checked out they told us we had incurred fees for having breakfast every morning and we had to again show them that breakfast was included. We stayed for 4 nights. Also, the location is goo but not great. about a 10 minute drive from everything we wanted to do.

Pros: Beds and linen were clean, staff were friendly.
Cons: No fresh air in rooms - could not open windows, air stale, it's horrible to go to sleep smelling other peoples BO. I did not like the fact that I had to buy a padlock in order to keep my belongings safe. I felt there should have been something provided that was included in the cost of the room. I did not like that it cost extra to stay in an all female room, above a mixed room. Missed having a kitchen - that is the whole point of a hostel surely - that you can make your own food.

Cons: Hotel was going through a renovation, as a result my room although the bed was made and clean, the furniture and phone, lamps etc were piled up in the middle of the room. The night porter wasn't very helpful, and I was so tired I just ended up just going to sleep and sorting out the room the next day.

Pros: Location to downtown is fantastic. This was the main draw when traveling with a kid. Size of room was good but layout wasn't great. Mixed bag with some of the staff but generally helpful. More sensitive travelers may be unhappy or upset with staff in terms of courteous language. Direct which is easy for me to get past and over. Breakfast buffet was actually quite good and was busy. Very close to Arlanda Express to airport. Just walk around hotel to it.
Cons: Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. A business traveler who is out of the room during the day would be less upset than we would be. We weren't too upset because our child didn't wake up but if he did we may very well be as we are jet lagged and the child needed to sleep. But notice would have allowed some possibility of planning. You may get an older room from the 80s. Carpets were dirty and worn in our room. The room decor color scheme did not age well.

Pros: This place turned out to be perfect for my needs. I only had 24hrs in Stockholm, didn't want to waste time on additional travel to and from hotel. Easy access to airport from here. The staff at hotel was great, very friendly and accommodating. They even helped me plan my itinerary for the day! I was able to check in early, which was very helpful after an overnight flight. Room was clean and very nice. Not very large, but for being alone it was completely fine. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Pros: Very practical location and super comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet.
Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.

Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Honestly I didn't have one single complaint and that's rare for me. Couldn't ask for a better location if you're taking the train from the airport.

The bathroom seat had no space to set and to top it all the shower sink was placed at the highest level of the ground converting taking a shower like swimming in a pool. There were construction in every floor in the hotel with dust every were.

Pros: Great location, if you're using the train. And even if not, the station is full of useful shops, and the hotel is in the middle of Hamburg. There's nice art all over the hotel.
Cons: WiFi was very dodgy. No silly games trying to limit connectivity, but the internet connection was sometimes very fast then, a few minutes later, very slow. The rooms are all underground! So no views. I didn't mind this, and found it very interesting, but other may hate it. Room design is very much appearance over function. Worst is the light above the bed which runs very hot, burns your hand when you try to turn it off, and is impossible to find in the dark when you want to switch it on.

Cons: The room is simple, which is not a negative since they make that clear during the booking process. My room was small with no windows but it had all that I needed and was very clean.
Our non-smoking hotel is located next to Central Station. We offer easy access to attractions like the Stockholm Royal Dramatic Theater, Royal Opera Hall Stockholm, Stockholm University, Skansen museum and the Vasa Museum, the most visited museum in Scandinavia. We offer a lobby shop where breakfast can be purchased, as well as amenities like free WiFi, self-check in and guest laundry facilities. All guest rooms feature chairs, desks, hair dryers and TVs.
