Pros (+) The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Very very friendly staff.
Cons (-) For having 6 elevators, it sure took forever to get a one...super super slow. I even overheard a customer complaining how slow. This hotel needs to be remodel. It has been stuck in the 80's mirror motif. I also did not like that their bathrooms had NO fan. So as soon as you took a shower, you have to open up the bathroom door. The TV remote is shady.
