Simone who helped ch Heck us in was enthusiastic about her job and tried to help us every way she could. We arrived very early from a cruise and our room was not ready. She kept us informed about the room. She also checked with the restaurant that we made reservations at to verify the time and made an additional reservation for the following evening. She told us that she was a student in a hospitality and tourism program. I’m sure she will be successful and the Executive Hotel Le Soleilel is very lucky to have her as an employee
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
very helpful and friendly staff. lovely rooms. good location.
Our favourite Vancouver get away..
We find this hotel charming and a well kept secret.
Such a pleasant stay
I loved the service. Everyone was so friendly, the whole vibe was very welcoming and it’s more luxurious then we are used to so we felt very lucky to have had a chance to stay here.
That we couldn’t have stayed longer, but work calls.
Luxurious comfort, bordering on Opulent!
We were pleased to discover lovely furniture, richly coloured carpets, wall coverings and draperies. Delivered the feel of old-world Europe! Great experience overall was further spiced up with small surprises- delicious, relaxing camomile tea became our soothingly nightcap, and an excellent in-room African blend coffee started the day off right. Also happy to find the bedside clock with a built-in smartphone charger/mount - all too rare in hotels...
no slippers in room ...
The rooms were clean and spacious. the facility was nice. The people were helpful. No problems.
Hotel was great but booking service sucks
The rooms are small, but everything else was great. Fantastic front desk. The hotel was quite willing to change a reservation by 24 hours, but not the hotel booker.
Turns out that the booking service (that begins with "K" and won't allow comments on this site, uses a third party hotel booker (also not allowed a mention here) but begins with a "G" who are totally inflexible.
Poor Staff, and not worth money
Restaurant has very limited options and very rude staff. food taste poor and not worth money. Hotel is very small with limited facilities. I will not like to stay again.
Suite was beautiful
This is a great location.the staff is helpful and you are able to easily walk to many Vancouver sites.
The comfert, the relaxation, the price, the location, the staff, the cleanseness, the wonderful setup
Every thing was nice.
Warm and cordial staff; bedroom separate from the of the hotel room; corner room with view of the city.
Free Internet in business centre
The lay out of the rooms and their luxury - restaurant was excellent and the staff was more than accommodating.
Hotel staff very helpful, always readily available.
Restaurant - not clean, staff slow and lack customer service skills.
The guests' attention and treatment is extremely bad in this hotel. I had a minor misunderstanding with my credit card when checking in, and the front desk staff didn't solve it and what is more, they acted in a very unpleasant and rude manner. They even refused to give me a complaint form. I haven't got any feedback from the complaint I finally was able to submit.
nice atmosphere and friendly staff especially concierge called brett
Central location. Warm, friendly reception, good well maintained room decor. Dining menu allowed for a variety of tastes
swiming pool is in the building next door i had thought hotel had own pool
