People in the airport were very helpful and good natured for 4 a.m. Check in was flawless. Thank you.
Lots of delays and broken parts. TVs didn’t work, charging ports didn’t work. Overhead luggage bins also had trouble closing properly. Overall was not happy with my experience
The agents at boarding were extremely rude to the guests
To be honest the experience I had was awful both of my flights were delayed and ended up stuck on a 5 hour layover in Vancouver after my first flight was also delayed by 2 hours turning what was supposed to be a 4 hour trip into almost 12 hour run around definitely disappointed by the overall first air canada experience all around
The charging port didn't work. And bathroom was dirty
Nothing. Everything was good.
The plane was delayed, and we almost didn’t have the time to catch our connection flight
The flight took off three hours late and we missed our connection. Boarding the plane was nothing short of controlled chaos. Nobody adhered to the zones for boarding, and there was no way to line up in the required order. Seats were uncomfortable. Not a great way to spend 6-7 hours.
Aircraft arrive late and with no air conditioning. The interior of the plane was dirty with fabric torn. Not a great flight at all.
Air Canada managed to lose all four of our checked bags. To date, the only way to talk to anybody from Air Canada has been to actually go to the airport. Their baggage claim number does not answer and the customer service number can not help. Our bags got into LHR 1-2 days after us. We tracked the bags and went to the airport to collect the bags. No contact whatsoever from Air Canada to inform us of the bags being delivered or to assist. One bag is still missing and indefinitely stuck in Toronto. The customer service in regards to this matter has been abysmal. We're never flying Air Canada again.
My experience Air Canada it’s pretty bad I’m still in Montreal my flight got canceled from Montreal to Philadelphia and they said there is no flight for two days so I have to stay in Montreal for two days I need my money back and I need a hotel expense
Very good 👍
Airplane arrived late at the gate. Staff was not prepared to board a passenger with disabilities. Boarding was long. Crew member treated without respect a passenger that was worried about missing a connection. It took longer than expected ro get a gate at the airport.
Flight delayed by four hours
Overall it was a pleasant flight.
It was too crowded. Flight was delayed and luggage collection was a mess.
Staff collaboration was good.
Late departure. Held the plane 50 minutes for connecting passengers. Flight map inoperable, poor quality onboard food, captains announcement minimal with no flight info. Only 2 cabin crew for 160 economy passengers. I will never use this airline again.
Worst experience ever for my family, on so many levels will never fly with them again.
Like the crew and my seat paid extra for more leg room The in flight entertainment is hit and miss with some consoles . Was fortunate that there was no one on adjacent seat so could use that one This also occurred on flight to YVR
Efficient though air travel these days is never on time for departure in my experience Crew were friendly . On short flight pay for food and ear plugs for entertainment
So small and squishy and seats were extremely uncomfortable.
Took off 3 hours late for 50 minute flight.
Toronto Pearson is hands down the worst airport I have ever flown through in my life. The security and customs procedure slows everything down. If it wasn’t for our flight being delayed and running to our gate, we would have missed our flight. We are not using Air Canada for the foreseeable future and recommend others don’t as well. The flying experience of delayed flights, spending the night in Toronto, and inability for customer service to answer calls are strikes against this airline we will forever hold against them.
Good
TV’s kept rebooting so almost impossible to watch anything. The announcements were impossible to understand in headphones and I was using nice Bose. Flight was over 4 hours late leaving
Great
It was great
My baggage & that of several others did not make it to Dublin. Dublin Airport had piles of misplaced bags everywhere including blocking the belt areas. Reporting system at the airport swamped with passengers. Lack of clear information & complete 'tough luck but I couldn't care less' attitude of staff added to frustration. 24 hours later still no update as to where my bag is. Air Canada may be Star lance but they let it down. New aircraft with automated window blinds need to have operating instructio s in the seat pockets or crew must be prepared to explain unnecessary to act 'how stupid are you' to their paying customers
The plane was grubby looking which may have e been due to its age! Windows were sold they were beay opaque & difficult to see thriugh. Impossible to rate food & entertainment as very short flight & none available
On board Air Canada flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air Canada assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Air Canada offers direct flights to 119 cities in 50 different countries. Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver are the most popular cities covered by Air Canada.
