Cons:If you want to be on the lake, then help clean up your nasty shoreline with debris and trash
Pros:An excellent location to visit the bats emerging from under Congress Ave Bridge at dusk. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious with an amazing view of downtown Austin.
Cons:The shower floor was in tile and it made it super slippery when taking a shower.
Cons:Amazing staff and perfect location. We will be going back.
Pros:Everything was great Staff was very friendly and helpful Our room was awesome and so was the view. Definitely coming back !!
Cons:Only a couple small things that I would have to say was the sink was plugged due to the little mount in the drain was disconnected, but they fixed it right away which was great !! And there was food left behind by the previous guests in our small fridge it's ok no biggie

Cons:The lights were dim in the room. Definitely needs better lighting.
Pros:Location was good. A walk to downtown and south congress.
Cons:Tv was broken, couldn't watch it. The bathroom was old feeling. Not what you would expect for $300/night.
Pros:Beautiful hotel. Within walking distance to downtown, Lady Bird Johnson and Congress. We normally stay at another hotel on the lake but after a negative experience we chose to stay here. We will be booking here from now on.
Pros:I was placed in a recently upgraded room. Fit and finish was very modern, very clean, and comfortable for my 5 night stay. Restaurant and room service was very good. The location of the hotel was great. Directly next to Congress St. Bridge (bat bridge), pretty cool If you get a chance to check it out. The hotel sits directly on the recreation trail circling Lady Bird Lake, this was a great place to go for a walk or run. A quick walk across the bridge also put you in the core of downtown with lots of restaurant choices, Austin city limits, etc. The workout facility was also very nice and open 24 hours/ day. Overall great hotel and would stay again.
Cons:Only reccomedation would be to have the simple sundries store open 24 hrs./ Day providing acces to snacks , medicines, etc. this would be a nice convenience and seems viable that it could be staffed by one of the night desk attendants as it is located right at the front desk anyway. Other than that, great stay.
Cons:Room was filthy when we first came in, beer bottle caps on the floor, bathroom amenities were all used half empty bottles ( lotions, shampoo and conditioner ).
