Pros: Our hotel room was beautiful and well appointed. The room was very clean and extremely large. The service at the hotel was great and they even removed a charge from my account that I wasn't happy with. The breakfast was amazing and had many options to choose from. The gym was a nice touch and featured a lovely sauna and steam room. The view from the room however, could not be more stellar and had to be our favorite part of Lebua.
Cons: I did not like how long the elevator took to come because of how far up we were. I also did not like that bar patrons could use the tower elevators. At night the wait for the elevator could actually take 10 minutes. Fair warning.

Pros: The hotel is first class all the way. The service, food, & bedroom/bathroom linens are excellent. The staff is almost perfect and I didn't speak to a single person from maid staff on up that didn't speak excellent English. I can't say that about any hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok and I've been going there for years.
Cons: The biggest downside is location. It's not convenient to public transportation, Sapan Taksin BTS station is 500meters away which sounds doable unless it's 100 degrees with 99.99% humidity which will make you a complete mess by the time you get to whenever you're headed. Also, we took taxis everywhere because of the heat and with NO exceptions, none of them knew where the hotel was or recognized the name of the hotel or the building it's in. Even with my Thai wife (who is a Bangkok native), we had to call the hotel to explain to the taxi driver how to get there as she couldn't explain it to him either. I'd say stay there in the cold season (Nov-Jan) but avoid the rest of the year. Make sure you stay at the Tower Club or get a rate with breakfast as the restaurant rates are exorbitant by most standards and just plain obscene by Thai standards. It was originally a condo building so every room is like an extended stay suite with a small kitchen, fridge, & stove but NO cooking utensils, plate ware or silverware. We didn't care as we had no intention of cooking anyway. It also has a "living room" with furniture but no TV so it was wasted space for us.

Pros: The biggest positive I have to say is the attentive staff. They always make my stay a very relaxing and enjoyable one. The food is excellent no matter where you eat, however for a touch of class and that special experience, one must book a table at Mezzaluna. The newly open whiskey bar is wonderful if you are into good quality scotch. The Sky Bar is of course a draw card offering spectacular views of the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok city...a must to experience!! If you like a scotch based cocktail with Christmas like spices, do try the "Forgotten"!
Cons: Frankly, this section is difficult to write for pretty much all aspects of the service/hotel has met or exceeded my expectation. If I am to find a slight negative, it would be the bed. It was, for my liking, too hard. I minor matter.

Pros: The dim sum high tea was delicious! Happy hour is a great deal and the cocktails are wonderful. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated very well and are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect as well!
Cons: Minibar is free, but they only provide one of each beverage option. Freshly laundered robes daily would have also been a nice touch. The room was clean, however there was a bit of dust in the corners.

Cons: The staff was very unfriendly and rude, not helpful at all. Part of the hotel does not have elevator service. The first room they tried to stick me in was a 3rd floor noisy walk-up. The room looked old and unkept. I tried to get another room but the receptionist claimed all rooms were booked, (she was not professional at all). I decided I wanted my money back, but she said I had to pay for one full night if I canceled. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there. She called the manager and I told her I wasn't happy with the current situation. They finally found a small pint size room on the 5th floor with an elevator, but I still found the room to be old and tired looking (AC didn't work properly). I stayed the night and put up with lots of noise due to the bad acoustics in the hallway, and bathrooms that vent into the hallway which cause more noise, stink, and humidity. (I didn't get any type of compensation for moving into a smaller 1/4 of the size room) The next morning (2nd night) they moved me into a large room on the other side of the building, which I found clean. AC, TV worked fine. Unfortunately again the hallways were very noisy, other guests were loud. I would skip this place if your looking for a good nights sleep. Your definitely not going to get it unless you drink a case of beer. Cheers!

Cons: Staff were unkind. There was no wifi in the room common area only. Not including breakfast I had to pay extra everyday. Interior was very old. All restaurant cost twice than outside. The hotel is middle of market so front hotel is not hotel it's like middle of market. I strongly recommend don't go there it is waste your money.
