Cons: Minibar is free, but they only provide one of each beverage option. Freshly laundered robes daily would have also been a nice touch. The room was clean, however there was a bit of dust in the corners.

Cons: The hotel staff woke me up every morning at 5 am when they were arranging the tables in the breakfast room. Terrible.

Cons: The hotel is not set up for US or English-only speaking tourists, which is understandable, but good for other travelers to know. For example, the ground transport kiosk listed both taxi and limo services; however, when we tried to book a taxi to the airport the hotel staff member kept trying to sell us a limo ride to airport. Unfortunately our Thai is limited, so we were only speaking English when trying to set this up. We finally ended up with a taxi, which cost 1/3 the price of the limo. The amenities are also not great. The breakfast is low-quality food and there is only WiFi available in the hotel lobby.

Cons: Difficulty finding hotel since it is not visible from the main roadway. A sign would have been helpful

Cons: They make the most out of the space but I didn't really love that the bathroom was basically a curtain that you pull across half of the room. The room was very nice and didn't feel cramped at all but I do wish the bathrooms (not just the toilet) were a real separate room.

Cons: Harder for solo traveller to meet other travellers, very large hotel.

Cons: The staff was very unfriendly and rude, not helpful at all. Part of the hotel does not have elevator service. The first room they tried to stick me in was a 3rd floor noisy walk-up. The room looked old and unkept. I tried to get another room but the receptionist claimed all rooms were booked, (she was not professional at all). I decided I wanted my money back, but she said I had to pay for one full night if I canceled. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there. She called the manager and I told her I wasn't happy with the current situation. They finally found a small pint size room on the 5th floor with an elevator, but I still found the room to be old and tired looking (AC didn't work properly). I stayed the night and put up with lots of noise due to the bad acoustics in the hallway, and bathrooms that vent into the hallway which cause more noise, stink, and humidity. (I didn't get any type of compensation for moving into a smaller 1/4 of the size room) The next morning (2nd night) they moved me into a large room on the other side of the building, which I found clean. AC, TV worked fine. Unfortunately again the hallways were very noisy, other guests were loud. I would skip this place if your looking for a good nights sleep. Your definitely not going to get it unless you drink a case of beer. Cheers!
