Pros: Very good hotel, clean and tidy with some personality as well, quite rare in south east Asia. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Possibility to project your computer screen on TV, if you've got the hdmi cable. And all of it decently priced, so definitely a good pick.
Cons: The access was a bit difficult at peak traffic, but that's mostly Bangkok.

Pros: Room very nice. Very easy access to sky train. Huntsman pub is good downstairs but same old formula for too long. Resident band are excellent though. Atmosphere lacking when quiet.
Cons: Bangkok is becoming too expensive now and the Landmark prices are too high. Small beer 240 baht plus plus is just going too greedy whist taxis are 35 baht flag fall. Staff wages less than the price of two small beers at the Landmark. Just silly.

Cons: Its a very busy area so just make sure you allow a good 1 hour travel to and from the airport and 2 hours if travelling at peak times via car.

Cons: Extremely rude staff, and still fighting for my refund that was supposed to be 984$ of which i received $500 only. In my eyes it is a theft. If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account. Pros: The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, and the Air-conditioning was cold. The breakfast buffet was great, had a good variety, different options every day, and my favorite was the Noodle Station. It was a close walking distance to the Terminal 21 mall and several good restaurants. I look forward to staying there again.
Cons: Late night/early morning in-room massage services would be nice, especially for those flights that arrive around midnight. A Took Took shuttle service would be nice also, but those are just suggestions, It was a great stay there, and I look forward to staying there again.

Bed was good, wifi had constant connection, was walk to Terminal 21 mall, good restaurants nearby, the Smile massage shop half a block down the street is one of the best in town, easy taxi service. Pros: The free breakfast was great! Internet connection was very good. Very close to the BTS train so that was great. Lots to eat/drink nearby They sent me a piece of cake on my birthday. That was a nice surprise. Housekeepers were nice and courteous. If you didn't request your room cleaned, they'd call and ask if you needed it cleaned or needed anything.
Cons: We got in at 6am and couldn't check in early. I saw reviews where people did and I was hoping to do the same. The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.

Cons: Positioning of power points - I always use my phone as an alarm and like to put the phone on charge overnight - so a power point at the bedside is essential - but not available in this hotel. Poor selection of tea and coffee available and no fresh milk or cream - the best hotels have fresh coffee facilities which are always well received by business visitors
