Pros: I did not find anything at fault about this hotel. The hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The immediate surroundings was safe and easy to get around; there was a bridge connecting to the MRT. I wish I had a chance to try the gym, which I heard was 24 hrs accessible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and gladly come back when I travel back to Thailand.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. The executive area on the 32nd floor featured fantastic breakfast and afternoon-to-early-evening food and drink options. Blunos is a fantastic restaurant with fabulous food and amazing staff. Eastin Grand Hotel is a world-class superb hotel!

Pros: Excellent service with a new Top Chef restaurant. Met the chef who was personable. Ate in his restaurant twice since we loved the food that much. Great atmosphere at the infinity pool.

Pros: Location was perfect, less than one minute to bts station, one stop to water ferries. Very easy to get to and from airport via train. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed. Nice pool, but it is a little colder than I would prefer.

Pros: The building inside and out was beautiful. Beautiful decor. Amazingly helpful staff for each step of the way. Bedrooms were awesome, moving bathroom walls, huge shower, comfy bed. So many amenities it was amazing. Avani Club upgrade so worth it! Everything about this place was amazing.

Pros: I have been lucky enough to stay in a lot of top quality hotels and the front of house staff were particularly good at the Chatrium. The room was spotless and the facilities in and outside of the room were top notch. I particularly liked that the room had a reasonably equipped kitchen area and a 7/11 to give you the option of just doing your own thing when it pleased you.The shuttle boat was excellent run in a very professionally with almost military precision. The gym was decently equipped too.

Pros: Located right along the river, the hotel has a water taxi that links to the train and other boats for ease of transport. The pool area has a great view, although there is currently construction going on next door for new residential units.

Pros: Stayed here for two nights on the way to Phuket. Fantastic location to get around and excellent facilities. Also stayed for a further night on return journey due to enjoying the first stay

Pros: Hotel was set back from a bustling Bangkok city street. Very clean and staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Easy to get around with river ferry or the concierge calling a taxi.

Pros: The staff was amazing! Very helpful. Only there for 1 night but pretty impressed. Our drinks took a little longer than normal to arrive at our table, but the view from dinner was worth it. Very clean.

Pros: everything great! nice room, very good breakfast sitting right on riverfront with fantastic view, amazing pool area, plenty of restaurants with high quality and good choices, very calm, you can hear the birds and the waterfalls, and this in the city. Also shopping mall is directly accessible with some food choices ( try Sushi, really good), although not big. Staff is superb and very helpful. This is not just a hotel it is a paradise resort in bangkok. On arrival you already feel relaxed the first moment. I have tried many hotels in Bangkok and I will certainly come back whenever I have the chance. Highly recommended. Not near BTS but just 10 minutes by taxi to next BTS station and 40 min. with low traffic to airport, acceptable, also shuttle boat service to BTS

Pros: The pool, food, room and service were all wonderful. The best touch? A smartphone included in your room for your use during the extent of your stay - including free unlimited local calls, free international calls to certain countries, free internet to explore...what an amazing benefit!!
