Cons: I didn't realize that there was not parking at the hotel and that we had to pay to park in the garage across the street. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Cons: We were shown to the "Executive Suite" across the street. They have to show you where it is because the building is not labeled, and the room numbers not intuitive. (612L is on the second floor). The room appeared to be newly decorated. The first thing we noticed was that the television didn't work. There was no maintenance person on duty, so the desk clerk attempted to fix it, and was unable to. The internet was very weak (perhaps because we were across the street from the main hotel). The real nightmare was the bathroom. There was a jacuzzi tub, which my daughter wanted to take a bath in, but the cold water didn't appear to be connected, so she had to fill the tub with hot water, then wait for an hour to cool so she could get in. When she turned on the jets, one of the jets pointed straight up, creating a fountain which soaked the bathroom floor before she could get it turned off. The separate shower had an adjustable head, which was set at about chin height. When my husband tried to adjust the head, the entire thing came off in his hands. Only then did we realize that half of the hardware was missing. Oh, and the sofa was stained. So was the iron.

Cons: I don't usually blast an otherwise-nice place for one single fault, but this was out of the realm of acceptable. Everything was fine until (too) early the following morning, when our bed positively SHOOK us awake for a good 15 minutes. It was the laundry truck downstairs. A disruption like that would be expected in a crappy hostel or AirBNB, but not at a supposedly-5-star hotel. I realize there's not a lot that can be done, but a warning would be one thing - we could have at least set ourselves up with earplugs, or not stayed up late planning the rest of our trip the night before. As it was we were both pretty much useless and irritable the next day, which is not desirable at any time, much less in the middle of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

Cons: Room was a bit pricey mainly due to events on. Room also had no external windo . Not a huge issue for a night but made room very dark.

Cons: No air conditioning in the summer

Cons: There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.

Cons: The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!

Cons: bed mattresses need rotating

Cons: There were crumbs on the desk, the fan in the shower had a centimeter of dust on it and the vinyl floors in the bathroom were stained and dirty. The most disgusting hotel room I have ever been in. We booked online at thee times the rate they were advertising at the hotel. Couldn't believe it!

Cons: The staff upon check out didn't seen to care about my stay didn't even ask how I enjoyed my stay. I was running late so didn't have the time to compalin.

Cons: Half the hotel directly overlooks loud outdoor nightclub

Cons: Too much noise from next door bar and room was clean but has nothing other than bar soap. You need to even pay for a cup of hot water from lounge. No coffee port in room:

Cons: There is not much bathroom privacy, so make sure you are with someone you are comfortable with. I was, so it wasn't much of a problem. Would prefer a bathroom without automatic light so that I can turn it off quickly if used in the middle of the night, so that it doesn't continue to shine into the room for 20 minutes. Also, local bar next door was a bit noisy from our room. For quiet, request a room further away from bar.

Cons: Only thing is that if both mine and my friends rooms were beside each other’s. But they were swamp and fully booked out and it didn’t dampen or ruin our weekend
