Pros:
Very friendly when arriving close to closing.Cons:
1) Instructions on opening gas tank were wrong. Had to call cousin to look up on internet how to do it. 2) Location is hard to find. Recommend putting picture on internet to help people be able to identify it. And / or mention the HUGE car wash next door. 3) When returning I asked 'How do I get to the airport?' (since the enterprise is not at the airport), answer 'I do not know, you can catch a train down the street or I can call a taxi'. Of course at the airport they had brochures explaining how to get there from the city. These brochures would be useful.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The car have no insurance, and a standard insurance cost over 400 euro for 10 days. I paid 205 euro for 9 days and they want to charge me at list 400 extra. I never encounter this kind of situation, usually the car is insurred within a 1000-2000 euro, now I should pay 28.000 euro if the car was stolen or full damage. Then a car was a Peugeot, a kind of SUV but actually a small car instead a compact, and with 8-10 liter of petrol consume. Strange choice in Germany for a rental.10.0 Wonderful

Insurance is a killer - not stated on the quote when I booked the car. 50 euros/day for a compact-sized car - come on people, that's 19,000 euros per year in insurance premiums alone - enough to pay off the full car over less than two years.
