Pros:
The young man who eventually assisted us was helpful and cordial.Cons:
Upon arrival, we were told by a supervisor/ manager (name beginning with P) that the car which we had reserved online (Nissan Nivara) does not exist in their EL collection! We were offered a small utility van with canopy instead . Upon declining and asking for a sedan instead, he refused, saying there were no other cars available. Eventually, he referred us to his younger colleague and we were offered the "last available" VW Polo. The car had so many scratches and bumps on its exterior, it was not worth the paper of the "pre-inspection" form. Inside, it had a damp, musty smell and graffiti on the sun shades. When driven, it had squiling brakes and suffered roll-back, even when handbrake was lifted! That we paid over R700 (excluding other costs) to hire this non-roadworthy wreck felt like daylight robbery!1.9 Poor
