Specifically, this location of Hertz is unprofessional. I arrived promptly to pick up the car at 8:00 am. But, the manager did not open the store until 8:25, which set back our trip. The same thing could be said on the drop-off. The same person was also late to open the building, which made me late3.9 Poor
