Pros:
Very clean new Fiat 500 was the Mini or similar offering. After a pause, I decided to go with it and it was just fine. The rental agent drove me to the marina to meet the ferry at no charge. Budget is great in Saint Barths. Will use it again.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The least one can expect with a confirmed reservation and a booking made several weeks in advance is a car waiting for you. But at hertz a confirmed reservation doesn’t mean a confirmed car!!!8.0 Very good

Pros:
The car was exactly what we expected for the money (we didn't plan on using the car for anything other than a few grocery store trips). It was clean and the pick up / drop off process was easy.Cons:
The only reason I selected "Mediocre" for Overall is because Thrifty (and PriceLine) are giving me the runaround. We were evacuated from St. Barth island because of Hurricane Irma so we were forced to return the rental car to Thrifty earlier than scheduled but we were still charged for the 6 days (instead of 4). When I contacted PriceLine about getting a refund for the unused days they said to contact Thrifty since we paid them directly. When I contacted Thrifty, they told me to contact PriceLine (the 3rd party) since we made the reservation with them. I'll never use Thrifty car rental or a 3rd party reservation service again.6.0 Okay

Delivery and Dropoff Instructions were not on the same page with different staff. Our most expensive rental between St. Martin, Anguilla and St Barth with average old cars.10.0 Wonderful
