It is the worst thing I've seen I went to them and they ask my were I live I told to them I live in apartments with my friends and I didn't know the address of these apartments but I will show you the location but they refuse and told to we can't give the car without this so I go to another company and I rent car without these information I give these company 0%3.6 Poor

I rented an automatic because I don't like to drive standard. I rented a 5 seater because I needed an extra car to drive around my family that were visiting. I arrived that morning and received an automatic 8 seater van. Not what I requested, but really ok. The next morning the van wouldn't start. The Enterprise staff made some fairly ridiculous suggestions to fix it (such as, put it in Park and did you give it gas), and then told me to call my own car repair service since they couldn't get out to me for the day. After several hours and two trips to the business, they finally agreed to tow the van and provide me a new car . . . once they had one. Several hours later, they called and told me that they had a small manual shift car. I found a ride to Enterprise (again) and was given a 2 seater smart car manual shift. Nothing could be further from the original reservation. They said they would call me if they found another car that better met my needs, but I did not ever receive that call. When I returned the car, I was offered 20 euros for the inconvenience. 20 euros for a four day rental that was only of use for its original intent for one day. Wow. Secondly, when we rented from Hertz, they were able to tell us that our credit card had car insurance that covered rentals. Enterprise could not tell us if the one we had did or didn't and insisted we buy insurance from them.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
No after hours drop off at this location. Am unable to turn-in Sunday evenings, and I have to rent an extra day to turn in Monday morning. It is either that or drive 30 miles away to the Frankfort airport. They have a dropbox but it is blocked off.10.0 Wonderful
